There is no customer service at all

There is no customer service at all, I just activated my SIM card, entered the credit card information for the automatic top-up and still had to top up manually. I am supposed to have data with my plan, yet there is none. There's no way to chat or talk to anybody, this company is a total Bell rip-off... I will wait till tomorrow to see if the data is activated and will bite the bullet for a month so I can switch to my old operator, which actually is much better than this garbage.

Poor service

Poor service. Bought sim, paid for service. Sent 15 messages to my friends to advise of my number change...after sending the 15th message got system message that I was violating the spam regulations and they locked out the messaging. Spent 2 hours with useless customer support. They won't have anyone looking at the problem for 4 to 72hrs. I just had the sim.for 2.5 hrs. Needless to say this a useless provider. I am cancelling the service and doing a charge back on my card.

The contact numbers they provide don't work! They all say their offices are closed due to an emergency situation so I can't even reach anyone to help me open my account.

Many Fraudulent Claims+Promos

Honestly terrible value for what is paid and trying to take advantage of any of their apparently ephemereal "promotions" is a headache. I cant redeem my $20 Dollarama giftcard that came with purchase (cash treated me like a scamster and said it was invalid when i tried) cant easily change plans since my account got mssed up, limited coverage and even more limited minutes on text and call. Not worth it unless youre desperate for an inmediate burner number to toss the SIM after...

One of the worst experiences I ever had…

One of the worst experiences I ever had with a mobile service provider.
I spent 2 hours on the phone after purchasing the line since they couldn't activate it properly, and after I bought enough credit in order to renew my subscription for another month, they deducted an extra undeclared taxes amount and I had to recharge my credit in order to renew the package.
Avoid this company at all costs.

I would give no star ⭐ I put my top on it then I find out it didn't and I mentioned I have 50$ and I had 36$ left well he put 30$ on it what's left on it and they changed my plan I didn't say yes but he switched it and hold up on me before I can say anything very rude he didn't want to help and that's what happen. So I did I called several time to confirm my eligibility was good they said it was but me and mi friend have to wait 3 months and they would give me the referral money 5 dollars a month, when the 3 months finally pasted they told me I had not filled the referral form. The agent said to fill out. I said I did but I told her tell me the email address when I tried to do it was exactly the same form I did so I told her then she give the excuse we do not qualify because the rules have changed, just excuses that did make sense. Why lucky mobile offer a bonus and when is time to collect they don’t give to you

The support desk just hung up on me after I asked for a feedback contact service

I bought a pay as you go SIM card with this company. I'ved used it for one month while I was in Canada. I've returned back to Canada and tried to reactive and just top up after less than 2 months of not using the SIM. The phone number and card was deactivated a week after my last pay. When I spoke the support desk they weren't helpful, actually the person on the phone questioned why I didn't just paid further. Also then after I've asked for a feedback email or service, she just hung up on me. What company deactivates their cards 2 weeks after their usage.

How is this a sustainable business idea. How can a company like this create more waste. So annoying.

Bought new phone. It was garbage phone glitches hicupped wouldn't respond to finger touch with dialer couldn't text keyboard unresponsive took it back to store they Saud you bought it can't accept back took it ip with ccts crtc Samsung etc they all said do F.d.reset lost sll pictures store said box was dirty b.s. was fine don't buy anything from these fools. Ripoffs absolute once prepaid contract ginidhed for month dumping and go buy a real phone on prepaid plan. Just goofs.

STAY AWAY THEY ARE THEIVES …

O have tried to cancel for month they refuse to refund they refuse to cancel. They keep charging me for a service I do not have.
My next move is to call the fraud department and press charges. Then I'll be calling a lawyer.

Double charging,misleading from customer service, problem receive calls

Few months ago they did not withdraw the money from my credit card on due date and then stop the services, so i manual put in $40 from my credit card. After few days they took $40 from my credit card again. And now i want to port out my phone number, i call them before i put out and ask if i port in my other line from chatr to my account to this account can i still have that $40 in my account, they say yes and just go to dollarama get a sim card and call back. When i call back today, they say my account is deactivate and $40 is gone. I am very disappointed the way they charging and the customer services misleading me. Also l have problem to receiving calls but the signal shows full bar. I think something wrong with their network. Overall not happy experience.

Excellent services

Excellent services! Am quite pleased with Lucky Mobile. I cannot complain about anything. I joined them end of October 2022, and am receiving good service . If I call them, they call me back. This is not my first service provider. I find them quite reliable with attentive customer service. I will keep them as my service provider. And will refer my friends to Lucky Mobile.

I am new to Lucky mobile 1 month- ???SCAM ALERT???

I am new to Lucky mobile 1 month. special offer plan 20gb of data. I don't know if I saw 5. I see based on previous reviews there are issues with apn and activating data. I have already been back to mobile shop, supposed to be fixed. Still issues with no data. smh frustrating. Is there a scam going on here I wonder. Not happy customer already. So disappointed!!! ARE THESE REVIEWS FALLING ON DEAF EARS...Lucky doesn't feel lucky:(

Garbage service and garbage customer service. I’ve been cancelling for 2 months and they keep billing my credit card. Their outsourced reps are a joke. They hang up on customers repeatedly. This is a crap service owned by Bell Canada. Steer clear.

The worse cell provider I have ever…

The worse cell provider I have ever had. Useless customer service, they are about as clueless fixing issues as I am. Intermittent coverage, unreliable, hours on end not able to receive or send text messages. Anyone thinking of using “lucky” mobile, avoid like the plague!!! I find it hilarious that such a dire company has a name such as lucky!!!
