Legacy plan pricing change
I had been a satisfied Lucky Orange customer since 2016. In early 2026, my legacy plan was moved to a new plan. While they sent a notification, the updated pricing was not clearly stated. Two months later, I discovered that I had been charged 4 times more for the same service. I am very disappointed by how long-time customers are being treated.

Great experience with Lucky Orange!
We’ve had a great experience with Lucky Orange! The live chat is a huge plus. It makes it easy to connect with customers right away.
The real-time visitor data and segments are super helpful for understanding how customers are using our site, along with the analytics and heatmaps that give us clear insights.
We also really like the on-site surveys. Being able to collect feedback without sending customers away from the site is a big win.
Overall, it’s been a really useful tool for improving both customer experience and site performance.

Too High Cost for what is offered
Good, but Microsoft Clarity is totally for free and does the exact same work and even better currently.
To use this paid service, the cost must be brought down and you must do something better than the competition, which they provide for free already(Clarity).
