App really useful
App really useful, especially at the beginning of a store. It helps you clearly understand where the “problem” might be and where customers struggle the most. It was genuinely useful for me: I understood where the issue was, and after fixing it, my store’s performance has started to improve.

To clarify, the charges were associated with our 'Keep Me Tracking' feature, which is designed to prevent any interruption to data collection. This feature is an optional selection during the upgrade process and can be managed at any time via your dashboard. We also send automated notifications whenever a plan adjustment occurs to ensure our users stay informed.
Because the account utilized significant data processing and storage resources during this period, we were unable to provide a full refund. However, we did issue a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill.
We appreciate your business and are happy to help with any further questions through our support channels.

I’ve been using Lucky Orange for a while now and I have to say: it’s a really cool tool. Compared to Google Analytics, it’s so much easier to use—no complicated dashboards, no endless menus. Everything is straightforward and intuitive.
What really sets Lucky Orange apart is the ability to see actual user behavior in detail. Session recordings, heatmaps, click paths—it’s all right there, clearly presented and incredibly helpful for understanding what people really do on your website.
In terms of usability, it’s better than any other analytics tool I’ve tried. You get powerful insights without needing hours to figure out how the platform works. If you want meaningful data with a smooth, user-friendly experience, Lucky Orange is definitely worth it.
