Absolutely adore LuckyTrip! One of my colleagues recommended it to me and I have loved and raved about it ever since. Myself and boyfriend just went on our first trip with them and honestly the experience was perfect from beginning to end. The app itself is very easy to use/ find your way around and there is a great variation of destination options. It is able to specialise your holiday to your exact liking and find extremely affordable deals for you. It also suggested places that had never really been on my radar before and allowed me to travel to somewhere I wouldn’t have necessarily considered for a holiday prior to using Luckytrip. Something that also really surprised and impressed me was the customer service from the Travel Advisor you are allocated. I was expecting an automated system that doesn't ever really answer your question or gets back to you in 5-7 working days. However, the customer service was phenomenal! Extremely quick communication and real answers that were actually helpful. They even anticipated certain aspects of travel or time frames that would mean staying somewhere the night, before I’d even brought it up and would very easily send you an invoice after organising the logistics themselves. Very polite, detailed and helpful exchanges which just took away so much potential stress. The whole premise of this app eliminates the back and forth, finicky and arduous process of trying to coordinate everything all at once! It sorts your accommodation, travel, location, flights, events/excursions. It’s brilliant. Highly, highly recommend and I will be using for all my future holidays from now on. This is one actually very good use of AI.

We have had yet another amazing trip to croatia .. lucky trips did it all for us.. an amazing stay at lavita apartments which were beautiful .. our host leo was awesome and made us feel more than welcome .. even took us back to the airport .. thanks to lucky trips

I’ve used LuckyTrip three times now for Lanzarote, Cork and most recently Milan.

What keeps me coming back is the mix of being able to filter dates and preferences while still having the excitement of the Lucky button. It’s helped me discover places I probably wouldn’t have picked myself.

The booking process has always been easy, and whenever I’ve had a question, support has been quick to help.

So far, every trip has been a success, and I’d happily use LuckyTrip again for my next getaway.

We honestly had the best time away, the app was a little tricky to figure out at first, but now I’m a pro.

The only thing we felt could have been better was including addresses of the hotels, or sending it over with boarding passes to make getting to the hotel easier.

We have a voucher with LuckyTrip and have been trying unsuccessfully to book a family holiday with them for two weeks - complete waste of time!! Problems have included - inputted all details then received options for two person accommodation instead of four, continually showing options for rooms that are only identified as no longer available at the end of the process, considerable additions to flight charges at end of booking process - up to £600 in some cases (note that we understand flight prices can change quickly but these uplifts are insane), filters are buggy and can often ignore what has been set, Vibes drop in and out on a minute by minute basis. We would have given up long ago but have a voucher to use -- DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Absolutely wonderful experience! So easy to book and takes the hassle out of organising flights and accommodation separately. Also, allows us to find gems that we didn't know about!! 10/10

I was sceptical initially as I've never heard of this company before, but after a thorough investigation I decided to book through them and I am extremely pleased I did because:

1) The app let us set a budget and recommends countries based on it which is amazing - we went to a country we have never been to before. You can of course choose your own destinations too.
2) Our hotel was amazing - it was beautiful, very reasonably priced and not too far from the centre - the app actually gives you various recommendations to choose from;
3) We had a personal travel agent to contact with whatever query, who got back to us very quickly and kept us updated on everything to do with our trip;
4) Everything was done for us, including airport checkin. There were even some app suggestions on activities to do at our destination country - all we needed to do was go and enjoy ourselves.

I will definitely be using LuckyTrip again!

We’ve had a few trips through lucky trip and each one has been brilliant. I love not knowing what holiday will pop up next … we’ve been places we wouldn’t have thought of visiting. The flights are great and the accommodation we booked on Samos this time was perfect! We had another stress free holiday. We will definitely book through lucky trip again. Yamos:)

Our trip to Morocco was absolutely amazing! 🇲🇦✨
The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and perfectly located — everything was so close, including the beach, cafés, and local spots. The landlord was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay and supported us with many things, which made our experience even better.

The weather, the people, the atmosphere, and the overall organization of the trip were all wonderful. We truly enjoyed every moment of this beautiful journey. Morocco gave us such lovely memories, and we can’t wait to visit again! ❤️

Lovely app booked my holiday and couldn’t be more happy.

Everything was perfectly done by the LuckyTrip team. All enquiries and emails were replied to promptly and they were even kind enough to get us our boarding passes for the flight back as I had completely forgotten to do the check-in. Will absolutely continue using them.

They sent timely emails updating us of everything and gave us the option to be as hands-on or hands-off as we wanted, which made us feel really comfortable. It was my first time using LuckyTrip after a lot of back and forth, and I will definitely use it again! We got amazing deals and prices; I have already recommended it to multiple people!!

My experience using Lucky Trip was hugely positive. The App is super easy to use and I liken to a slot machine, hit the button and it comes up with the goodies. The process was super easy and I would give them 10/10 for customer care (Lucy) as I found her to be very accessible and efficient.
With regards to our trip, we got what was detailed , no deviation, no hiccups no problems. The trip was great value for money, I will absolutely use again and recommend to others. Just trust the process.

Lucky Trip made everything so easy. They checked us into our flights and sent boarding passes well in advance which saved us a job and allowed us to focus on enjoying our holiday. The hotel we stayed in was beautiful. It was a perfect trip!

I recently booked a trip through the LuckyTrip app . There were lots of different trips to choose from and once it was booked they were really helpful from start to finish with everything from checking in to provide useful information and phone numbers in case of emergencies . Definitely will use this app again .

I've just came back from my second trip away with LuckyTrip and I have to say it's been smooth for both trips, they take care of everything with good communication during the booking.
