Do not play on this site or any site…
I wouldn't play on this site or any site under this group in the future. They have the worst buggiest software that constantly reject bets at live tabes and constantly logs you out of your account. I bet £10 on the number 7 only to have my bet rejected and the number 7 come out missing out on £360. Play at one of the bookies live casino sections so you are not hampered by poor support and software.
Edit: this is when using safari on Mac, I have noticed the site is a lot more stable when using Chrome.
Edit: changing down to 1 star, rude clueless live chat and horrid website make it one of the worse places to play.

I deposited funds and was not able to withdraw. Support is also a nightmare
I deposited funds and was not able to play despite not being located in Ontario. I then tried to withdraw my balance but was met with an email verification process in which they never sent the email; I had checked all possible categories and set their email on my filter list as well. I contacted support, but my ticket has not been answered for about three days at this point. A pathetic site with little to no professionalism and with plenty of traps intended to take your money and/or slow you down from getting your money. I would rather this site close down than to get my money back.

(When you bet small and win big,( not a huge amount), )they will send you on a wild goose chase, saying things like clear cookies, use a different browser, etc, knowing full well this won't work. LuckyVip, regalwins, luckypants bingo, bella casino, grosvenor casino and others are all par of the same ownership. They offer crazy inviting promotions and bonuses but 2 thirds of the times they don't work. Coustomer service do all they can not to help: They first say you did not opt in to the promo. Then when you provide them with a screenshot they say "you played £9.80 instead of 10.
Also at least twice CASH money has disappeared from my account.
Really stay away!!! Rather play with the National lottery or with othe more serious casinos!!!!
