The produce was very cheap with the price.

The produce was very expensive a phone case and my main issue is the outer part of the case doesn't have any adhesive and it's been scratching my screen. For the price on the case it shouldn't have this issue. Not thrilled with the case.

No Monogram

This is my second time ordering from Lucrin. Sadly, I recently lost my phone (and the new case along with it), so this case was ordered as a replacement. I did order and pay for a monogram on the back of the case this time, like last time, however, this time the case, arrived with no monogram. I am naturally disappointed since I did pay for the monogram and it wasn't cheap. Hopefully Lucrin will help me make this right. We'll see.

I loved the leather, the finishing, however, the size specification was not what the website said. I sent a note to customer service about it and did not hear back.

I ordered a laptop cover at the end of…

I ordered a laptop cover at the end of December and have been receiving an email almost every day that it is delayed, possibly due to tariffs. Below is the order# and date of purchase. I am wondering if I will ever receive it or if I should cancel the order. I was really looking forward to trying your product.

I am so glad found this company

I am so glad found this company, my phone case is beautiful and delivered promptly from Germany to Chicago even with customization I ordered in a week. I tried to order from Aspinal a month prior and they cancelled my order 3 x and are not refunding my money. Only by from Lucrin, Aspinal will steal your money

iPhone 17 Pro cover

Bought a iPhone 17 Pro cover, the charging porthole is not aligned with the device porthole.
If u use any charger other than an apple made cable charger, it will not go completely into the porthole (apple chargers are thinner than some other chargers) meaning u cannot charge the phone.
Support was responsive and they sent a new one immediately but, I think they just sent another one, instead of testing and fixing the problem and sending an updated case. I would not have minded waiting for a fixed case even if it took some time, quite disappointed.
Caused quite an embarrassment, since everyone was quite amused that such an expensive case cannot even get a porthole cut properly.
