I have placed my order almost a month…order US000144886

I have placed my order almost a month ago.Few days later I received one item from the order.After that I am trying to have a proper feedback from Lucrin .They gave me a UPS tracking number.UPS claims that thet do not have the parcel.Yesterday a received a new UPStracking number from your company .This tracking number is destined to Germany and not Greece!I am very suprised of the service and the inefficiency which is not a characteristic of Swiss

I have ordered twice from your company

I have ordered twice from your company. Once in 2022 and against in 2026.

Each time I ordered there was a problem. In 2022, your website wasn’t working properly and as a result, two orders were placed.

This time there was another problem with your website and customer service.

Haven’t received my order. Stuck somewhere in customs. I guess living in the US with Trump as president has its consequences.

Nice but not worth the price

Delivery took about a week. Case is nice with nice monogram but not worth the price. The leather is nothing special and the colour is not a deep navy blue.

This purchase is a replacement for a…

This purchase is a replacement for a Lucrin iPhone 6 Pro case that was purchased in July, 2025. One of the belt loops is ripping above the stitching. I wanted to replace it before it becomes useless. I like the case, but not the quality.

Ripped off

I have just received a monogrammed, leather bound, diary ordered on the website for a considerable amount of money. Whilst the leather looks good, it is remarkably thin. But the biggest issue - the diary insert supplied is for 2023. How incredibly pointless. I'll update this when (if) the company replies, but I suspect I have been well and truly ripped off.

The case is very nice and quality is…

The case is very nice and quality is terrific. However, the three camera lenses are a little tough with the case. The supple leather quickly fits to it BUT going in each time it catches.

Also when I ordered I missed or it wasn’t clear enough and the monogram is on the bottom instead of the top near the opening.

I would highly recommend this product for quality of workmanship. My last one was great until replaced because of new phone size.

Very disappointing quality & durability

Very disappointing. Marked and scuffed quickly. Corners delaminated. I had thought buying a non-chinese manufactured product would have guaranteed better quality but my previous Apple leather case (Made in China) performed much better for 1/2 the price. Would not buy again.
