I got a review email right after purchase so i was apprehensive about the online purchase, thinking it was a scam site. But the great price and quick shipping was not a scam, just a specialized site. Got shipping notification the next day and received the suitcase within a few days. Love my luxury suitcase. Sorta bummed that they advertise a discount code that wouldn’t work for all purchases, but still the best deal on the market. Thanks!

Beautiful luggage

I received my bag quickly and love it. It is a Tumi backpack that was on sale. New and as described with no issues. Have already traveled with my new bag!

Fast delivery. Loved it.

After contacting them, they responded promptly and provided a refund quickly. So, in the end, I agree with there response- just sent me the wrong message.

Luggage Online was the only retailer that had the Osprey Daylite 44 in black in stock, this after searching over a dozen online retailers, including Osprey. I needed it delivered within 5 days and it arrived in perfect condition about 40 hours after placing the order. Very pleasantly surprised

Great deal better than nowhere else price wise

Luggage Online had the specific carry-on that I had been looking for & everywhere listed it as being on backorder or way more expensive. I was so happy I found it on their site & I received it the following day without having to pay for rush shipping.

I received my package very quickly and was excited to finally receive a bag I had been looking for a little while at a reasonable price.
Once I opened the box I was met with the smell of wetness, but figured it might have been the packing since it rained the day I received it and days prior.
As I was opening the packaging for the Maruen tote, I realized the plastic, tissue paper and bag were all wet. I immediately opened my other foldable tote and spray to see if they were affected. The tote smelled moist but was not wet like the Mauren and the spray was sealed tight.
Once I inspected the bag I began to take pictures and contacted customer service. I was provided a return label promptly and shipped it back the same day.
Customer service reached out to advise my claim was validated and they could provide a refund or replacement. I opted for the refund.
I greatly appreciate the quick and thorough resolution.
I hope wherever the bag was being kept and any others affected have been removed from the inventory.

Our bags arrived promptly and look well made. I used the carry-on size for a weekend trip and had plenty of room. They have not been tested on a flight yet.

Easy site. Haven’t received my order. Hope it replaces the one I had that was ruined by the airlines. Same maker different model but looks the same.

You cancelled my order two days after you excepted it, because you oversold the bag I ordered. After I tried to order It from Amazon. They became sold out. Of all the years Ived ordered things on line. This was the first. If I could give you a zero star I would.

Everything worked out well with the exception of delayed shipping. I was expecting to get my briefcase a week earlier than received.
