By mistake I ordered a suitcase combination twice, wasn't aware of it. Half an hour later I received a phone call from Luggage Online to confirm I ordered twice. They corrected the mistake and refunded the money.
A day and a half later I received my order (in the Netherlands). Very nice product ( FlightCrew 5 Rollaboard plus Tote) and great customer service!!!
I'd give ten stars if possible.

TUMI Voyageur Carson Backpack
Ordered the TUMI Voyageur Carson Backpack and Sierra (red) backpack. The Tumi fit my back better. I'm 5' and other backpacks were just too long and bulky. Been eying the Tumi for about a year. With the 30% sale, it was still expensive, but seeing that Tumi is "best in class", I believe it will pay for itself in the long run. The bag is stylish, light weight, and I can fit my 12" laptop with no issues. The Tumi has many compartments and pockets for my electronics, and everyday stuff. Overall, I'm satisfied.

Superb Quality
Fast delivery at price that can't be beat. This is a well made luggage set with plenty of room. I have been looking for a set that included 29 or 28 spanner for under 200. This luggage exceed my expectations. For the price of one piece of Luggage. I got three and the quality can't be beat.

Excellent customer service
I received a 3-piece set of Delsey luggage and it seemed used and damaged. I immediately telephoned and sent a chat message. They sent me a label to return 3-piece set. I received the damaged set on July 13, 2020, and returned it that day via UPS (had label luggage online sent via email) and today, July 22, 2020 I received the new 3-piece set and all is well. Customer service representatives very positive and want a positive outcome for their clients. The Chat representatives always emailed the next day except on weekends. My only suggestion is that their quality control inspectors should inspect all pieces prior to shipping. Excellent customer service and the new set is what I expected it to be.
