Shaw Sofa — 3 stars
We love the look of this sofa — the design and style are exactly what drew us to it, and it looks beautiful in our space. However, we’ve been disappointed in the quality so far.
When you sit down, there’s an odd crinkling sound, almost like sitting on plastic, which we didn’t expect from the fill. The fabric also wrinkles noticeably wherever someone sits, which is concerning this early on since the sofa just arrived.
We’re hopeful the fabric will relax over time, but the foam/filling quality has been a letdown given the price point. If you’re mainly shopping for looks, this delivers but we’d temper expectations on comfort and construction.

FEDEX lost package on side of road in another town…
I received a phone call on a Saturday afternoon from a woman who had found my rug still in the packaging with a label of my name and address in another town. She was trying to return the package to me. She was trying to deliver it back to me. She thought maybe it had fallen out of the FedEx truck.

I absolutely loved the Akara rug from Lulu and Georgia. The rug is stylish,soft, and beautiful. I bought it as a bath mat. I did not need to wash it for a long period of time. After the first wash in cold water as directed, the colors ran and it is now unuseable. I reached out to customer service who stated it was past the return time, despite the fact that first wash as directed destroyed the product. They offered 20% off another item. Extremely disappointed .

Don’t do it…
Customer service isn’t very cooperative and responses are pretty much, “too bad”.
The bought a custom sofa in May for a little under $4000, which includes delivery. It didn’t get delivered until August. It had automatically heckled me out with Shop a without picking up my new address. I was emailed them immediately to change it, but still had issues with my old address while it was in transit. When it was delivered the delivery guys just threw down the pieces on the sidewalk before unpacking it.
I got a monarch pillow and that finally got corrected in October.
By June there was a tear in the sofa in spot that doesn’t get touched. I’m pretty sure it’s because it was sewn too tightly. Their response was its normal wear and tear.
Their products are too over priced for the quality. They offer no protection for the pieces that other places provide such as warranties. I suggest shopping elsewhere

Unreliable 3rd Party Shipper Employed
They use Metropolitan Warehouse to deliver in my area. This third party shipper is notoriously bad at meeting expectations. My purchase was scheduled to be delivered 8/3 - it never arrived and they never reached out to reschedule. I have now spent nearly an hour on the phone with them trying to get a delivery date. In the meantime, the event my purchase was meant to furnish is occurring on 8/4 and we will have to move forward without the items we needed.
As of 8/13 I still have not received my order and have not received any updates about when it will arrive.
