Great looking chairs that arrived sooner than later!
The chairs I ordered were suppose to take 6-8 weeks to arrive but only took 4, so that was a great surprise! They delivery service was very good . The chairs seem well constructed and comfortable and look great!

I love everything from Lulu and Georgia's catalogue. Everything feels so intentionally curated and unique. I purchased a couch and, while it really does take a while to make and be delivered, I think it's worth it. It's incredibly beautiful and comfortable and worth it. Delivery team was also amazing, going above and beyond!

Rug was in stock and “ready to ship”. Didn’t ship for weeks and when I finally sent an email they respond days later saying it will ship in 7-10 days and give me a $40 dollar credit for half of my shipping. It’s always something with this company. Love the products , hate the experience.

Very disappointed with my experience…
Very disappointed with my experience this time around. I ordered three sconces, but only two were delivered, even though the tracking information showed that the entire order had arrived. I reached out through the online chat, but it was unhelpful and couldn’t resolve the issue. The only other customer support option was email, and responses have been incredibly slow. It’s now been over a week, and I still don’t have a resolution or my missing item. For a company with products at this price point, I expected much better customer service.

Order the swatch!
The color was not very accurate to the website photographs and I realize I should have ordered the swatch but, I incorrectly thought it would be closer to the images and less orange than how it reads in real life. Also, the furniture smell/fumes were so strong that the varnish smell was burning our eyes and we had to move it outside for 24hrs to get rid of the smell. I would be much more careful about what I order in the future to ensure color matches.
