Loyal Customer Blacklisted for Reporting a Defective Shoe
I purchased the Arylee White Ankle Strap Heels in July 2025 and the heel broke the first time I put them on. I contacted Lulus in April 2026 asking for a simple store credit to replace a defective shoe I never even wore. They denied me for weeks using policies that do not exist on their website and I had to escalate to their CEO and legal team just to get $39. They then sent me a written notice saying I would no longer receive customer service because I advocated for myself. I bought my wedding items from this brand. I was a loyal customer. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

I ordered a ton of dresses for a couple events at my school and they came within a week and I loved every single one of them! I was able to very easily return the ones I didn't like and got a full refund minus a tiny little shipping fee which I didn't mind paying at all! They did a fantastic job and I will definitely be buying again
