The dress was beautiful and was decently priced! It was delivered on time with no issues!

Great quality, fast shipping and tons to choose from!

The dress is really pretty. The pattern and neckline was flattering and I got a lot of compliments. The zipper was really hard to move up and down though, and I was really concerned it would be broken as I was getting dressed/undressed. It kept sticking and refusing to move even though the dress was a bit big.

One dress was broken upon arrival, so sent it back and got a £45 refund. I understand paying for return shipping, but to suggest the return shipping is £40+ is a joke. The other dress is lovely, but certainly not worth £110.

Lulus consistently has good quality clothing, fast shipping, and an easy return/exchange process if something doesn't fit. I've bought shoes, dresses, and tops from them and they are always so nice- I get compliments on everything!

The fit of the dress was not true to size and the quality of the fabric in some areas seemed really cheap/thin, especially around the neck and the cross fabric on the back. According the size chart, it should have fit me way more snug than it did. I spent rhe night holding up my dress and using a shall to cover up the top half because it was so loose.

The dress was delivered by Amazon and upon further inspection, the lulus bag was completely damaged, ripped open and the dress had two different tire-looking marks on it.

Wore this dress to a wedding and received so many compliments. Fit like a glove and was so comfortable to wear all night.

The straps are too long and not adjustable as seen in the photos. They fall off my shoulder and cause the dress to slip down

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered this dress in an XS and it was too small so I exchanged it for a S. The S is defective and I’m trying to exchange for another but the site won’t let me. Zero stars. Never ordering from here again.

I purchased the green romper and I couldn’t be more pleased. I didn’t have to wait long for delivery and once I received the item I was very happy. The quality is excellent. The sizing was accurate. I would definitely purchase more items from LuLu in the future.

I contacted customer help about a return, needing an order number as I may have accidentally deleted from email. The person helping me said they resent me an email of my order number which I never received and now, I’ve missed my window for returning my item.

Lulus is always great to shop at. Main reason why I love shopping there is because of that “know your size”. It never disappoints. They’re always on point. Never need to return or exchange.

Pretty dress but size S was too big (I am a pretty consistent S across most brands) and I had to alter the chest and under-arms. Then after 1 wear the next time I picked it up, the lace had a huge rip and it was not salvageable. Not the quality I expect from the price.
