Slow response
I Sent through a credit application for a company and was advised that I would receive a response within a few hours. I received a response seven days after putting the application in. Potentially could have been an issue with the broker.

NCS Lumi experience.
I find being a loyal customer of Lumi seems to be in my favor. I found the required documentation to be fair and reasonable, the team at Lumi are also very responsive, and eager to get the client over the line with the required result. One area to be mindful of is I had two separate phone calls from two separate Senior Customer Success Managers on the same information in relation to a compliance call must be completed to confirm the terms and conditions of the top up, when I had already sent in all the required documentation an had confirmation that the top up had be approved, a little bit of communication break down.
