Worst after sales service

I ordered "PETITE&MARS - Driewieler voor kinderen". However not all the pieces were delivered so the bike cannot be used right now.
I filled in the complaint form and it has taken the 3 weeks before letting me know that I will receive the missing piece. BUT they just don't know when.
What kind of service is this? I would at least expect a timeline of delivery.
When I try to call the phone number, it tells me that it's not in usage.
Very sad and I will not be ordering here again.

Delivery by bpost...suspense

I ordered two items. They were delivered by bpost at night and days shop. The packaging was already damaged before arriving to this place and i hve received a message from bpost that it wasn t delivered ! Fortunately i came to collect another parcel at the same place and asked about this order....and i received it...two items were inside and intact ...

The lamp we ordered was described as…

The lamp we ordered was described as warm white but in reality it’s extremely harsh lighting. To return it we have to pay the shipping cost ourselves. You don’t get a shipping label. This was misleading to me because before ordering I checked how to arrange a return and it said you can enter the order number to obtain a return form. However, the return form is just a paper with info and not a shipping label.

I tried to call customer service but after being on hold for a long time, I hung up as it’s a Dutch number so I have to pay to call it.

Chandelier(-lego)..

Chandelier(-lego)..
In general I give a good rating as the end product is nice, and so I prefer not to decrease the scores of the company.
Still, I would like to give future buyers the following information (so that they can manage their expectations):

PLUSES:
1/ The chandelier is as beautiful when ready as on the photo
2/ It was delivered in time, carefully packed

MINUSES:
1/ The product arrived in 182483728 little pieces: each and every chrystal and the attaching wire between chrystals came separate, so it's the buyer who needs to assemble the chandelier based on the 1-page Manual.
I am average handy (no craftsman but not at all inexperienced) and it took me (literally) 4 hours to assemble the end product. It's not a problem if I know about it upfront, but I somehow missed this information when I ordered the product online.. Also, I didn't expect such a lego-work for a chandelier of 267 eur..

2/ The Manual was clear - so I could also clearly see that the company delivered 7 big chrystals less than what they should have (on the basis of the drawing). Also, the drawing contained some assembly instructions which were impossible to follow ( = to fix things together which were technically not prepared to be fixed together..).

For the issues under "2/" I didn't contact the Customer Services (maybe they would have addressed my issues e.g. sending the missing pieces) as I couldn't wait for days/weeks for a next delivery since we already had an appointment with an electrician to fix the chandelier to the ceiling. Therefore I rather solved the issues with some creativity and reallocating some pieces to create a nice look - even if not completely following the drawing.

Hope you, peer-buyers (and maybe also Lumimania..), find my review useful.

Very good experience

Despite the many negative reviews, I decided to order anyhow because I really wanted the Bali fan and it was priced way cheaper than elsewhere. As I did not have to pay in advance, I had nothing to loose. Everything went smoothly. Delivery took a little longer than we’re used to lately but the follow up was ok and the product arrived in good shape. I’m a happy customer!

We bought an item with Lumimania and it…

We bought an item with Lumimania and it was impossible to mount it (we had 2 electricians trying to mount it). We returned the item, as agreed with Lumimania. After several email exchanges, the return was not accepted. I am still trying to recover my money from an order placed on 2 November 2024. So far, this is the worst experience we had with an online purchase.

I receive my order unusable

I receive my order unusable, base incompatible with the lamp support. I ask for a refund and I receive an answer just to confirm that I want a refund and not a replacement. Since my answer, no response and no refund yet. And be aware it is not based in Belgium as the ".be" might lead you to believe.
