I was impressed that items that my local electrical supplier could not get were readily available and received within 5 business days. Both of my local suppliers needed 3 - 4 weeks to get the same item, Awesome !!
I ordered light fixtures with three components. two parts were delivered
in black, one in white. I have been calling customer service for four days, leaving messages.
Still no one has called me back.
Poor communication. Rude customer service. Tell you one thing, then when you order all of a sudden everything has a 4 week plus backorder.
We had to follow up on the order, and when we received the Seagull Mini Cans they didn't have the baffles, and when contacted they could not get them for us. I found them at another webb site and purchased them. Had I known the baffles didn't come with the cans I would have looked elsewhere. Not really Lumitera's fault the old style cans the baffles were included. Seagull made the change

I ordered 3 light fixtures, which were delivered in a very short period of time. I had a minor issue in that they shipped the wrong color, but I called customer service and my new shipment came very quickly, and they sent someone to pick up the incorrect box right away. It was very seamless and easy and I had my correct order less than a week after I placed my order - faster than other places might take to ship one shipment!
We ordered 7 in slab lights and needed the junction boxes rushed ship for concrete pour. We were assured that we would get the product in time if we paid additional shipping AND an expedite rush charge. We paid both and the order was not placed. I called several times to get a tracking number and didn't get a call back. 4 days later I was able to get a hold of someone, they informed me that they forgot to place the order. No attempt at that point was made to overnight the parts, they continued in the normal process and the parts arrived 4 days later. No refund has been given for the expedite charge.
I was looking for replacement Lightolier track heads about 30 years old. Found the exact ones on this site. Order,processed and sent timely and arrived in perfect shape. Great experience.
I would not order anything from Lumitera again because despite strict return policy for returns: insured, unused, limited time 7 days to make returns, 75 % price returned only, insure package, get authorization for return....there is no email replies, no phone call replies. I did received my money via check, but comunication was not good
Order never processed through thier site, but my card was charged. had to call three days later to get order processed. Was told on Wednesday that order would ship on Friday and I would get a notification. I had to call on Monday to ask about shipping status. Was told I would get a call back shortly and never did. Left vm and sent email on Monday Night. Called 2 hours into the business day on Tuesday to finally find out that light shipped Monday and would be delivered tuesday.
Item was available at an excellent price with a fast delivery. Very good purchase.
