Lee delivered our hood
Lee delivered our hood, etc today, maintaining a cheery efficiency despite the pouring rain. He opened the packages to check all was in order and gave us helpful advice about maintenance. So far so good - delighted with the service.

Bought a cooker hood from Luxair
Bought a cooker hood from Luxair - it was delivered when expected and Lee (the delivery driver), was very helpful. He brought the hood into the house, unpacked and checked it to ensure it had not been damaged in transit. He was very thorough and went over some key points about fitting it, which will be put into practice next week when it is fitted. Overall very pleased with the service from Luxair and the product looks great.

Purchased a hood from this company and they delivered quicker than expected. Lee, the delivery driver, brought the hood in, unpacked and checked it to ensure it had not been damaged in transit. Gave me a few good pointers on fitting. Haven’t got round to fitting it yet but very pleased with the sales and delivery service.

Great company to buy from
This company have been great to deal with. We ordered a cooker hood and it arrived very quickly. Between ordering and receiving the item, we had a re-think of our new kitchen and decided we wanted a bigger model! We were almost tempted to just stick with what we had ordered, as often returning large products is not easy, but they couldn't have been more helpful! We ordered the bigger model, and they delivered it in good time and collected the previous one at the same time. Communication was great and the whole process was very simple. The delivery was made by Lee from Luxair, who talked me through how to clean the stainless steel finish and how to wash the filters in my dishwasher. Thank you Lee - you are an asset to Luxair!

The metal grease filters can be put into the dishwasher to clean, just be careful on the detergent used (pH balance specifically) and the temperature, as sometimes discoloration can occur if the pH balance is too high or the temperature is too high.

Best delivery service I think I've ever had. Lee was very courteous and took the time to explain some helpful tips while unpacking. He carried the unit into the house and opened to check as much as you can see of the top (seen part). He was really helpful, explained best way to handle the full unpacking. The unit I ordered is the LA-90-SOFFITTO-SM-SS. It looks like it will be great in place, but I haven't had it installed or seen it working yet. 10/10 for delivery service though. Thanks

Easy to order & given E-mails on status of deliver came within a few days.
Delivery driver CHRIS called to say he was half an hour away & when arrived he opened the box to check all was ok ... he then gave us Info on how to clean it... many thanks CHRIS great service.

Delivery above and beyond
Communications with the company were succinct and timely. Delivery was prompt and carried out by the wonderful Chris who checked the product before leaving and gave tips on fitting. I have to say the product looks the bee's knees, and if it performs to the usual Luxair standards should be an absolute wow.
