I ordered the 120cm canopy extractor fan. Before ordering I had a chat with customer services who met all my expectations and answered all my questions.
I selected the express delivery option and selected it to be delivered within 2 days. However things changed and I needed it the next day. Luxair expedited it super quick. I ordered this product yesterday morning and it arrived this morning. I also want to add the courier service was impeccable and gave me a reasonable window for delivery. Thank you thank you for making my experience hassle free. This is now being fitted as we speak.

Silly me I ordered the wrong item so had to arrange delivery of new item and collection for the old. Whole process was very simple and quick. Chris called me when he was on his way (as I requested due to being at work) so I could meet him at delivery point. Very swift easy transaction. Chris was very friendly and helpful. Hopefully I've ordered the right one this time!

I needed to replace our old Luxair Cooker Hood
I needed to replace our old Luxair Cooker Hood which had been installed in 2008. I contacted Luxair on the Thursday and they advised me that they still sold, my current model of cooker hood. I was also informed that our Cooker Hood had a 7 year guarantee. Following further discussions with Luxair and our electrician, I ordered our replacement Cooker Hood.
I received an email from Luxair the following Monday stating that our cooker hood would be delivered that week, Thursday. The cooker hood arrived on the Thursday, within the agreed delivery time and Lee, the Luxair delivery driver delivered the goods to our door. He opened the boxes and checked the goods before leaving.
Overall a very efficient and excellent service, our new Hood was delivered within a week. The customer service provided by the staff in the office and the deliver driver was excellent. I would recommend this company to other people.

From initial query, to order and delivery, all very efficient…
After a query which was answered very promptly, we ordered our new cooker hood - their 90cm Curved Glass Cooker Hood (to replace our existing one which we'd had for around 13 years!) - on Monday 6th November and it was with us on Wednesday 8th! Delivered by Lee, who was pleasant and efficient. He unpacked and repacked to check the contents with us. All very painless.

We called in person to the office and we’re given excellent customer service. Not only did they unpack a cooker hood to show us but wired it up so we could see it working. Also gave advice and guidance. Nothing was too much trouble.
