I ordered and paid for a mulberry silk duvet and it has ever turned up. No replies to emails or webchat. Clearly fraudulent. Should be shut down and bank accounts closed.

They advertise mulberry silk duvets at a very cheap price. I have repeatedly asked if these are pure or a combo. Guess what they never reply. They don't want to put anything in writing. Clearly scammers!

Ordered a bed Beginning of august the headboard / foot end isn’t what I ordered.I get a call to say they will send me a new bed oh ok perfect. A week passes nothing . So I message them, I get another call now they said they will send out the buttons and give me £50 refund all within 3-5 working days. Surprised surprised didn’t receive a thing. So contacted them to get told have been sent out and refund is in progress this was about 8 days after. ok. So wait again nothing. So contacted them again they said dunno why your not receiving been sent out twice could be lost in post!! Oh so my money been lots to then when your putting in my bank. No that’s still in progress yeah bloody right. So they said ok will send me the headboard extra next day delivery oh again what a surprise NOTHING. So me contacting them again to be told will find a date they can deliver date they gave me unfortunately I couldn’t do I told them a week before the delivery date I told them this date wasn’t convenient. To be told we only deliver on a Saturday. Then me messaging again to say can i please have another date nothing!!! Then the Friday I messaged to say what’s going on for a reply to say your delivery driver will contact you an hour before I said I couldn’t do that date as was way. For there reply oh we only deliver on a Tuesday and Saturday. Funny how they told me was only a Saturday. Could have easily put me on the Tuesday slot. Anyways still nothing still waiting everything they have said they have Contradicted there selves been nothing but lies lies lies 100% scammers please don’t use this company!!!!!!

Ordered a superking via eBay, very dodgy messages telling me it's been sent out when a week later it's past the due date and they are telling me it's still not sent even tho they have my £200... filed it to eBay customer service and now getting refunded. Awful company even the tracking is BS it's said not collected the whole time. Be ware this is a scam company

Beware !!!scammers!! £50 deposit . Never received my bed .lies after lies with them. Keeps changing name of company after a while , Been reported to HMRC and police several times .. Do Not Buy !! X

I asked them if they can make Certain design and they said yes and I asked him how long will take because I don’t have bed and I’m sleeping on the floor they said it will take 7 days to 2 weeks now it more then 5 weeks every time i get a delivery date and they never show up and there always new excuses
First was COVID-19
Then delay from delivery courier
Then last one was they claim they bought the company and now they r do you eating with old orders and that it will be delivered on this delivery day from 1 to 5 PM and they never show up and they’re not answering my phone or my text

I bought a bed from this “company” paid a £50 deposit through bank transfer, my bed has never been delivered. I raised this issue with them and they would not refund me and they then blocked me on their social media, no proper business company would ever do this! These are scammers behind this account, taking peoples money! Innocent people. This has been raised with the police and I hope we all get the justice we deserve whoever has been scammed by these horrible nasty people!

Purchased what a thought was a luxury bed turned out to be completely different product as shown online. They are using other people’s images to miss sell their own rubbish workmanship. When it arrived it is wrapped up very well so I couldn’t see the colour or the headboard at all. They supposedly broke down had to change their van and arrived late in the evening,the product was completely covered up so I was unable to see the what it was actually like. The next day I unwrapped to reveal the completely wrong bed, headboard doesn't fit the base so it can’t be used, wrong colour, wrong feet to attach & staples visible all along the headboard, that’s just a few of the things wrong with it. (Wish I could share images)
They are very responsive until they get your cash, once I raised a complaint they started to not follow through with what they were saying and then completely blocked me from social media.

I had a really good experience with this company. From the moment I chose my beds to the delivery, the process was very smooth and straightforward. I have forgot the guys name who delivered my beds, but a thank you to them for being very professional. The quality of the beds were great and the beds were as described.

We’ve Held of to write a review, but having our bed over a year now I do have to say it is great quality and deffo built to last!

Do not order from these scammers, they have their friends write fake reviews to put up online to make out they are providing real service. As an interior designer my clients property finishing touches has been put on hold because this fraud company LUX BED CO haven’t delivered the clients bed! 4 failed attempts to get this bed ordered. One they said the couriers couldn’t deliver, we were given a new date, next was the couriers had a serious accident, Next there was no explanation, it was rescheduled then that it would be delivered again no phone call, no text no nothing! They only communicate via DM’s when you call the number provided it goes to an autocar company. It’s absolutely ridiculous how people do this nonsense! Here’s us thinking it’s nice to support small family businesses, meanwhile they are frauds! When you ask for a refund they just tell you they have rescheduled the delivery slot. WE BEG OF YOU DO NOT ORDER FROM LUX BED CO

I have to say we are very happy with our new bed from Lux Bed Co! Even though the delivery was slightly longer than the expected 7-10 days. Was actually delivered 14 days after the order was placed, the team did inform me this was due to the lockdown which is totally understandable in the current circumstances.

Ordered the Lux Edwardian sleigh bed, delighted with it! Although delivery had been delayed due to COVID19 from 7 days to 12 days, I have to say the team were right that the bed was definitely worth the wait!

I have strong evidence that this bed company is scamming people - please do not order from them.

They took my deposit and never delivered the bed. They promised to deliver it a fourth time on 13/6/2020 but then ghosted me shortly after. I am trying to get my deposit back but they are ignoring me.

A manager phoned me and asked me to delete this review in order to get my deposit back. Shortly after alot of positive reviews were written in the space of minutes. These reviews are all fake and posted by employees.

The phone number on their Instagram bio doesn’t work. They have now scammed multiple people on instagram, including stealing other companies' photos, screenshotting reviews and claiming they are theirs by posting it on their story. They block you if you leave a bad comment.
