Chair was delivered to an empty shop…
Chair was delivered to an empty shop downstairs and not to my elderly aunts flat as requested. She has been left with a box and not an assembled chair. She is in Scotland and I am in England, so I can’t help her.
Vety very disappointed to be honest….

Hi Michael, I am very sorry that the Courier did not deliver to the correct address. They should always deliver to the correct address and not to some empty shop downstairs. Item I purchased did not arrive although the tracking said delivered. When I queried with Luxury Garden Party all they could say is they will get hold of the courier and get back to me. I did not here from the Luxury Garden Party again, I did my own research into the parcel and recovered it within 24 hours. Once opened the items looked partly worn and the hole cuttings are not accurate. Nothing Luxury about this company the name does not fit the bill.

We have now tracked your Order to Shaun Mcindoe. Shaun, we have now realised why you did not receive any initial emails or tracking info. This is because you did not provide your email on your Order. We need your email so we can communicate with you. When you did contact us to ask where your product was we checked the tracking number and Couriers website and this clearly showed that your order had been delivered which we advised immediately. However you advised that it had not arrived even when the Courier provided a date and time. We were very confused and I personally promised you that I would sort this out for you and an investigation of the Couriers delivery driver in currently underway as this was 2 days ago. I wish you had advised that you had now found that this product had been delivered and of course that you are not happy with the quality. If you do not contact us then we cannot help. Please call immediately. Thank you.

Hi there Macshaun Dagreat, I am really keen to follow this order for you and see what went wrong but your name does not appear on any of our Orders. Is it possible that you have ordered under another name? When orders are taken automatically you will receive an email saying thank you and then another order with your Tracking number and name of the Courier. On the day of the order we will advise a 2 hour delivery time. So I am rather confused as to why your name is not on our Order listings and also why you have not received our emails. Finally if the product you received is not up to the standard we will happily collect the product free of charge and refund in full or of course send a replacement. We have not received any emails from you to advise of this. I am sorry that you were unhappy that the courier didnt arrive to collect your items in the days we were hoping but as I explained the network are very busy at the moment. As you said you didnt have a problem with what you had ordered but u just changed your mind and wanted to send back the items as u had found something else that u prefered to use in your shop front window. Our delivery was prompt, your product was good, the price was good but you were disappointed in the delayed collection of 1 day. So sorry you felt u had to say what you did. Kind regards Annette

Fantastic company to buy from
Fantastic company to buy from, very professional and pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble for the lovely Annette who kept me updated regularly about my order from start to finish whether it was in the evening or at the weekend.
As for the quality, well to say I'm impressed is an understatement and I would not only buy from Luxury Garden again but I would without hesitation recommend them to anyone.

Excellent product , was an issue with the wrong colour cabinet being sent , this was swiftly dealt with by Annette , the wrong one was collected and the correct one supplied , top customer service to resolve the issue.
