If I would give you guys zero stars I would. I have been a customer of Luxy for over 8 years and have spent thousands of dollars on extensions. The color I picked looks nothing like the sample once I opened it or the photo on the website and your company is refusing to let me do an exchange. It’s absolutely ridiculous. The color is horrendous and your team is refusing to accommodate me.

I have been purchasing Luxy hair extensions for YEARS! Ever since I came across these girls on YouTube & I have to say that this is the only brand whose hair color matches mine perfectly. They have the best customer service in which most recently, Kerry made me so happy during an incident where I was trying something new and was not comfortable. She accommodated me quickly with my needs with no hassle. This is why I trust to continue to only purchase hair extensions with Luxy Hair.

Great experience and great product! I even reached out to customer service because I forgot to enter my coupon code for the first time offer discount and they retroactively gave it to me and very quickly. Really happy with the color and they came quickly.

I had been given a replacement on my first set due to low quality hair right after doing a conditioning rinse on the hair. I used special hair extension conditioner from a professional hair extensions line The Hair Shop. I’m so disappointed because this second set they sent me is no better. I’ve worn this hair for a month when my hair got damp as I got caught the rain & now the extensions are frizzed up. No amount of flat ironing helps. All the short ends that are of various lengths throughout the hair point every which direction making the hair look so frizzy next to my own silky straight hair. My fingers get stuck in the hair after I wear it for an hour or two, it is not silky nor smooth—making me wonder if the hair is Remy at all & the cuticles aren’t kept in tact in the same direction from root to end. I now carry a small brush with me & I’m constantly having to brush out the tangles. This hair only looks good straight out of the box. But do not get it wet! For any reason. I should have just gone with the 50% money back when they offered this option upon return of my first set. Instead I chose to have them send me a replacement thinking maybe I received a bad batch.

I do have positive things to say as well. But I’m mainly rating the quality of the hair as this matters most. Luxy customer service is amazing. They get back to you very quickly & are very understanding & resolved my first problem very efficiently. I was treated with honor & respect. Never felt like a nuisance. The clips & how they’re sewn into the wefts are amazing. I have worn extensions for 20 years & Luxy by far do the best job at this. The clips are secure & stay flat to the head without slipping. I purchased the original weft (not seamless) there is very minimal shedding. But the hair doesn’t stay curled well. The curls do relax a lot after wear for a few hours. But this I find happens to a lot of extensions.

I had initially emailed regarding some swatches I placed an order for, but was unaware that they were not currently in stock and would take some time to ship out. Therefore I got in contact with Mikayla whom was able to help me regarding this issue. I did not want to purchase extensions unless I knew I had the right colour, but she ensured me that she would help me with a return option if I ordered two different sets of extensions in different colours. I did that, and true to her word she was able to help me with a return label for the extensions that were not right for me. Overall a very smooth experience, and very quick and helpful service from Mikayla!

Luxy was very easy to work with and the extensions were beautiful. Unfortunately I ended up returning my extensions only because I decided to do an updo for my wedding and did not need them. The return process was great and easy since I never used the product. If you’re going to use extensions use these!

This is my third order of Luxy Hair extensions, and unfortunately, it was by far the most disappointing. The test swatch included in the box did not match the actual extensions, and since the box was opened, the order is non-refundable. I always order Off Black, which has matched my hair perfectly in the past, but this set is clearly a medium to dark brown. I almost believe the wrong color was sent, but the box is labeled Off Black, so I’m not sure what went wrong. Now I’ll have to spend hundreds of dollars to have this halo professionally colored to match my hair, which is incredibly frustrating.

On top of that, there are so many broken pieces throughout the extension, it honestly looks like it has already been worn for six months. Extensions I’ve owned from Luxy for years have held up better than this. Sadly, I will not be purchasing from Luxy again, and I’ll be looking for a new, more reliable brand, as the quality has clearly gone downhill.

I worked with Haven and she made it so easy to figure out which color to pick! She sent me samples and then analyzed what I sent so I was super comfortable making the purchase. Using these for my wedding and I am so excited. Thanks Haven!!!

The girls went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct, delivered to the address I requested (I made a mistake when placing the order and they needed to go and fix it for me. They didn’t have to because it was my fault but they their thing and I am beyond grateful) and the reassurance was everything I needed.
Let’s not forget to mention how great the hair is. Honestly I am obsessed and will definitely place another order and sharing with my girls so they can order.

I’ve ordered from Luxy Hair many times over the years — from their regular clip-ins to the Halo and now the Seamless extensions. I used the Halo extensions for a long time and absolutely loved them. They were easy to use, blended beautifully, and gave my hair such a natural, full look.

After being diagnosed with alopecia, I had to switch to the Seamless extensions, and I’m so grateful Luxy offers this option. They are perfect for my thinning hair and give me the confidence I truly need. The quality of the hair is consistently high, and the color match is spot on every time.

Customer service is super responsive and the hair products are top notch! I hate to cheat on Bellami Hair but I’m in love with the Luxy color options more! Kerry was beyond helpful w my questions and shipping snafu.

I am truly dissapointed in my 4th purchase from Luxyhair as the ponytail extensions that I bought came wikth 3 attachment clips iinstead of one so it absolutely impossible for me to put it no matter how times I tried it just looks very unkempt and uneven because the extra two clips makes impossible to tie around with according the the YouTube video. Hence I contacted the CSR with photos as proof and they confirmed its a faulty product and only 1 clip attachment is supposed to be on it. Not only they sent me a faulty product but they expect me to pay for international postage and return it, wait for a refund then order a new one. The reason they gave for not offering a free return is because the box and sealed is open. So how am i going to try on the extension and notice it does not work with 3 clips if I do not open it to try?? Make it make sense. Its not a usual return since this is wholly their mistake for sending a faulty product. This is very bad customer service and I also bought the extension for an event that I was planning to wear it and now I have nothing else to replace it. And yet LuxyHair expect me to pay for return international shipping.

The hairstylist was AMAZING!!! I cut my hair in a pixie cut last fall…I’ve been growing it out since January. The stylist was able to guide me and color match me week with products and hair goals that are simple!!!
