I had an amazing experience with Luxy Hair! The extensions are excellent quality — soft, thick, and absolutely beautiful. My wedding hairdo was absolutely perfect thanks to my Luxies; they blended flawlessly and held up beautifully the entire night.
What truly impressed me was their outstanding customer service. When FedEx lost my original package, Luxy immediately stepped in and sent a replacement overnight without any hassle. They were kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.
I’m beyond happy with both the product and the service. Highly recommend Luxy Hair! 💕

Amazing Customer Service!
To be able to actually text back and forth with a stylist, who will match your color and make recommendations, is 100% the way to go! It leaves all the guesswork out of it, and makes the money extremely well spent. I am obsessed with Luxy. Incredible hair - no one ever knows I’m wearing clip ins and I get compliments on my hair every time. The seamless are so thin. I have very fine hair and they stay completely hidden. I also have wavy hair and the natural patter of the hair is so helpful. The scalp fill ins are very impressively designed.
What’s even better is that their customer service is out of this world. They are so kind, helpful and responsive. I have never gotten better customer service from a company in my life. Sometimes they reply I minutes!!
Their color matching is INCREDIBLE. I have complex hair color and they match it with ease and accuracy. Mikayla & Lynn are goddesses.
I’m so so so impressed. It’s worth every penny. Also I’ve had my halo for over a year and it still looks brand new.
