Terrible company

Terrible company. Left us with £8k worth of debt after being insured under one of their pet insurance policies and they’ve basically done anything possible to get out of paying the bill. If you have dachshunds do not go anywhere near this company choose someone else.

I recently changed to another vehicle…

I recently changed to another vehicle with 9 months left on my insurance .
I was charged a extra £342
When i put my details into a online quotes my car insurance for the new car came up the same price for one years insurance as the car before so why so much for a change over.
Because Im only 9 months into my policy I had no choice in which to pay this crazy amount extra.

Can you leave a reference number so I can send proof of insurance quotes please or you can email me with a reference ?

Have now sent you a email regarding this matter and your reply was do I wish to change my vehicle ?? What ??
Ok the reply to my complaint was for me to send proof of quotes which have been seen by Lv and acknowledged.
Unfortunately they offered no refund but for just £40 I could cancel lol .
Hope this helps others but I’m sure now will be flooded with 5 star reviews .
I have now asked for the complaints department so will come back to this review at a later date .

These details include the driver(s), the car make and model, your address, what you use your car for, the amount of voluntary excess you select and more. I wanted some info

I wanted some info about a with profits life policy.
It has taken 3 phone calls over 2 days and speaking to a computer 3 times.2 wrong wrong departments.
I would not advise anyone to deal with company now.
I did in the end find out what I wanted to know and how to do it. Since I put this on I have been asked to contact LV to sort it out, but a hour of emails and still not any under standing of the problem or the time/money and effort wasted

LV were great to deal with after a pretty stressful accident. The people on the phone were sympathetic and professional. The car was dealt with promptly and came back like new. I was kept informed of progress all the way through.
