Lycamobile robbery
I've been trying to activate esim all night. technical error when recording a face. Do you think I look exactly the same as I did 5 years ago when I took a photo for the document? I don't have a beard, my hair is the same, but the verification doesn't go through after I don't know how many attempts with different documents. In the email, you wrote that the time for an answer is up to 7 days! Well, I won't be in Austria anymore then. You took the money out of the account right away and you will not provide the service. it's customer fraud and then robbery of my money! You knowingly disable the activation of the service, in order to make a profit.

Lyca Mobile has completely failed me
Lyca Mobile has completely failed me. I paid $180 for a 12-month plan and I’ve had nothing but problems. I’ve contacted them over 100 times. I’ve called 3-4 times a day begging for help and no one has resolved my issue.
Because of Lyca, I can’t contact my workmates. I can’t reach my doctor or family. A phone that can’t make calls is useless.
This is the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. $180 wasted. If you need a phone that actually works, do NOT choose Lyca Mobile. I’m leaving as soon as I can.

Payed every month by top up voucher once used my bank card to top up as machine at shop was down then the next month they take 25 out of my account without my say so so having topped up by voucher it cost me 50 instead of 25....3 months on im still waiting for my money back in my account...took 5 weeks for them to reply to my email...I answered all questions I could about this transaction but still no money returned....I strongly advise anyone not to use this server you will be disappointed....im currently speaking to an ombudsman regarding this matter I know its only 25 but its not the point it was took from my account with no direct debit my say so or anything ....thieves
