Sim card does not detect lycamobile network each time I am back to Austria…
I have a problem of detecting lycamobile network each time I travel across Europe from Austria, especially when I return to Austria after using Lycamobile EU roaming service. Each time I need to go to the Lycamobile app and manually reset the country. But to my unfortunate it did not not work out this time, even after trying several times the tedious process of going to the app, setting the country and rebooting my mobile. My problem is still unresolved. Though my problem is yet to be solved and my problem is being forwarded to the technical team, I give 5 Stars to Rea (38485) for her patient accompaniment and various suggestions that she gave me to fix the problem.
But I still wonder, why my sim card is not able to detect network each time I come back from another country to Austria. I wish Lycamobile technical team fixes this problem once for all.

I prepaid 12 months for the National L…
I prepaid 12 months for the National L deal. Well Lycamobile mentions nowhere that the promised Unlimited local calls does not include business phone numbers. So if you are trying to call your bank or any other business number you won't be able to do so, unless you purchase even more credit which of course makes the deal an absolute joke. Of course I can not get my money back from Lycamobile now, and I have to find another provider that allows me to call any local number, not just private numbers. I hope this crucial information helps you to chose a better provider.
Still up until right now Lycamobile Austria site states that the National L Bundle includes Unlimited National Minutes. It should state Unlimited National Minutes to certain phone numbers, namely private numbers only. Very misleading sales technic. Why would anybody knowingly buy into this package when they will not be able to call their bank, doctor's office, or any other business number locally. When an interested customer clicks on the details on this bundle there is absolutely nothing about this. But do not listen to me, try it yourself. I will swallow this loss, but once the year is up these scammer will never see another penny from me. Buyers beware!

Keep up the great CS support!
The support I have received from the Abderrahim Khadra is prompt and which contains detailed explanation, which really assisted me to purchase and activate the plan. Employees like him/her is a great asset to any organization and moreover it shows an organization's attitude towards the customers as well!
Even though the support I received over E-mail was great, I was unable to reach to a CS executive over mobile even after holding the call over 15-30 mins. That was little disappointing!

I have been using my Lycamobile sim card for almost 2 years now didn't have so much problems. But here I am again going to ask about my Lycamobile sim card. I just went abroad last week and I used my roaming data. Everything is perfect but when I was back in Austria I didn't have the signal for 2 days already. I tried to restart my phone, go to the Lycamobile application to set it up in Austria then restarted again, Changed my phone, manually changed my network. Is there anyone who can help me? 1. Reinsert the SIM
2. Latch in other operators (latching will be failed)
3. Please go to the Menu - > Lycamobile services / Sim toolkit - > Mode -> Manual -> National/Austria.
4. Then go to Settings -> Phone settings ->Network -> Network selection -> Manual -> Lycamobile/Network partner (A1 Telecom).
If still the issue persists, kindly follow the above steps in different handset and in outdoors. If it fails revert us with your complete address along with data and time stamp.
