Luis was excellent and was able to resolve my issue quickly - even though there was a price increase on the third party site, he arranged for Lyst to do a one time adjustment to honor the price advertised…great service and will do business again!

Scam!
You took money out of my account for an order I didn't make. Then couldn't provide any proof of that order when I asked for it.
Excuses after excuses or just not replying to emails and when you did just constantly repeating yourselves about "the order" I'd apparently made. Had to get my bank to freeze all payments from you and open up an investigation just do I could get my money back.

app/website has serious glitches. filter doesn't work, when filtered for a certain brand, it also shows other brands in the results. not really Lyst's fault id say. more of Senser-another marketplace that shows up on Lyst as well. Sellers aren't authenticated, meaning I'm seeing some counterfeit products. For instance, the same prada hoodies at $1800 in US is listed $3500 on sensor n it shows up on Lyst search.
