Ho-Yin assisted me with a router…
Ho-Yin assisted me with a router installation for a new circuit at one of our customer's sites.
We ran into some perculiar issues but with Ho-Yin's support, we were able to resolve it quite quickly and our customer was happy with the new circuit (and no disruption).

Ola provided a professional support experience, which is be expected. But he then went on to provide an EXTRAORDINARY SERVICE, allow me to explain.
Usually, support professionals in any industry will first seek to identify culpability ... is this our problem to solve? Ola quickly determined that this was an internal problem i.e. NOT M247's problem to solve AND HIS NEXT QUESTION WAS, "So, it's internal, have you tried x, y, z" And he wouldn't let go, he wouldn't leg go until he had a happy customer. The empathy, care for the customer's perspective, the constant communication, the monitoring post resolution, all this is going above and beyond expectations. This is what OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SUPPORT LOOKS LIKE. His approach should be used as a blueprint for others within M247. Well done, Ola!
