I used Macks solicitors for conveyance, we where linked with Sara. I have to say the experience was much less daunting than I was anticipating after speaking to others who stated they constantly had to "chase" for responses. Sara, along with Lorraine , was so helpful. If I emailed a query, I received a reply the same day, often within a few hours. Sara kept me up to date with the process as she obtained the information, which was very helpful as a first-time buyer.
I would highly recommend Sara and her team for conveyance.

I January 2025 following the death of my wife I met Jessica to help me formulate a new will, one which would protect the interests of my property for the benefit of my children.I had already completed the necessary requirements to HM Land Registry to change the property joint ownership to mine,singular. Jessica explained clearly and professionally what was needed .
In May I rang LR to enquire how long my re registration would take only to be confronted by a brusque officer who told me to ditch the Deed of Variation condition otherwise he didn’t know how long the approval would take.
When I spoke to Jessica she immediately took forward a complaint to the LR and within 2 weeks I received approval.
