Great Service
Great to be able to get a helpful person to speak to by phone, which is getting rare these days. I called to confirm the RAB Neutrino 400 was in stock and check delivery to NE Scotland, which is very rarely next day as stated. Very helpful lady. Had to call a second time due to an error in my email address (my fault) resulting in no order confirmation. This was sorted out promptly by another assistant.
Goods were received within 24 hrs. Not the cheapest, but hassle free and very helpful which is worth a lot. Glad I used this Company and would definitely use again. Commendable customer service.

Highly knowledgeable and speedy service
Ordered Friday 2pm got my boots on Saturday morning. Phoned up and got advice from an enthusiastic, extremely knowledgeable individual who was obviously a keen mountain hiker. I would use them again.
