On I filed a complaint against the fraudulent company, and my problem has not been resolved for about three months. They continue to keep the fraudulent company's account active.They haven't made my complaint visible on the platform.

Used the Hebei Chen Zhi Yuan Trading Company Limited and was severely disappointed. Once arrived product was of very poor quality, states to be an EPDM rubber surface, but in fact is extremely porous. Once dirty we were unable to remove footprints from the rubber matts. I sent to the company, pictures and a video of me mopping, scrubbing, rubbing with a cloth and wet vacuuming the mats - still marks remained. They simple suggested that flooring must be cleaned throughout the day and our cleaners should work harder. We now need to place flooring over the top of what they sent. Would strongly avoid - poor quality product and poorer customer service.

I conducted business with Xuecheng Global Trader Co., Ltd in March 2024 after being introduced to a representative named Laurance Lu via WeChat. They registry in Made-In-China.com. I prepaid for products in accordance with a Proforma Invoice issued by the company.
Despite full payment, the products were never shipped as specified. After waiting for more than one year and making repeated attempts to resolve the matter, I was unable to obtain either the goods or a refund. As a result, I have retained legal counsel and initiated legal action in China.
Based on my experience, I believe this transaction was handled in bad faith. I strongly advise others to exercise extreme caution and conduct thorough due diligence before engaging in business with this company or with Laurance Lu, as there is a significant risk of financial loss.

Continued to engage with illegal activities stealing peoples money. I have opened a refund 3 times I am 15 days after order without no viable tracking. Seller keeps fobbing me off declining my request with the excuse of i will find out where the package is. The first thing would be supplying me with a legitimate tracking number!!. No item arrived and seller keeps updating false delivery info so it stays in transit option so I can cancel or get refund. It is theft!! Stay well clear from these scammers you go on live chat and they side wirh the dodgy seller all clearly working together and all sellers are linked to each other. Have had a bad impact on my business!!! STAY CLEAR OF THESE!!!

I've had 2 out of 10 vendors actually work out on here with good decent products the rest have been the absolute cheapest version of whatever product picture they show you and yea it may have similar tags (usually misplaced or crooked)as the product in the picture but is small as hell don't fit right ECT.

Although China deal with a majority of the world’s manufacturing, this platform is complicit and negligent to its platform users in Europe. Bias and nonchalant behaviour for us customers ordering from their platform. There is NO protection and your money will be wasted.

I delt with Lisa from Xian Tongze Biotech Co., Ltd. I bought as I thought Orlistat from them. But indeed, it was a counterfeit. It did not work at all. I always have bought Orlistat from trusted European companies, but this time decided to deal with Chinese market. I regret. They do fake product which does not work at all. People!!!! Buy only from trusted producers. It can be expensive but surprisingly you will save money. Buying from unknown company like i did was a disaster. They became rude after you paid. Did not provided invoice, refused. The way they talk to you - unacceptable.
I am ok now but I am sorry for people who are potentially can buy this useless and may be dangerous "flour/ starch" from them

I have just bought som brake parts for my car from KINGRACING. I have been served by Jessie. This is the most fantastic service I have experienced . During the years, I have bought very much from China but the service like this I never seen. The parts was heavy, but she packed the parts herself, send them in different boxes, only to Get the transport cost down, and it was lower than by ship.
