Ordered a Closet for 550€ and waited…
Ordered a Closet for 550€ and waited almost a year for it, the delivery date kept changing. Now they going into administration and I can't to seem to get any support from anybody, the papers from the administration are hard to read as English is not my first language. CRIMINAL company, unlikely to refund me. WORST experience ever.
One of the lucky few
Was one of the lucky few who still got their deliveries after Made went into administration. For the people who are still wondering if they are getting a delivery, you might still have hope IF the items are already in the UK or were scheduled for delivery. If you recently ordered your items I am pretty certain you will have drawn the short straw and have to hope that you get some money back as a creditor. We managed to schedule our delivery three weeks after we got the news that made went into administration and couldn’t be happier when we got a message that it was going to be delivered. Package arrived today with a little damage on the boxes.
Do not honor warranty
Do not recommend. I ordered a bed frame from Made in Sept/Oct 2021. Within a few months the frame had started to fall apart and regularly collapse. On contacting Made and having to chase responses over several weeks, I eventually got a repair appointment booked in for a few weeks ahead. I then received a message a day or two before the appointment stating it had been cancelled - no reason given. I contacted Made and was advised "we are not currently able to complete home visits" and no response to my request for exchange or refund. I rarely make complaints about companies, but I don't think I'm being unreasonable in expecting better service than this, and a £400 item to last longer than a few months. What a shame. I'd advise anyone against ordering higher coat items in case there are issues within your warranty period.

Absolutely devastated that Made.com has closed down...have loads of furniture from them and now will be struggling to find anything anywhere else :(
They don't honour their warranty terms
Be aware they do not honour the two year guarantee they state they have. Instead they reply saying "electrical items are covered by one year warranty as standard which is in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015" which would be the case had they not stated in their T&Cs that items have a two year guarantee and no mention of electrical items not falling within this.

Awful customer service, want my money back
I need an answer from made.com. I am trying to cancel an order placed back in August and this has not been delivered yet. I’ve sent an email as this is the only contact method they have and I’ve only got an automated response. The live chat doesn’t work on their website, this seems to be all a scam. Please contact me as I need to solve this I want my money back.
I ordered two pieces back in january
I ordered two pieces back in january. One was sent back for unknown reason and the other one had been delayed to September. Now it’s November and I still don’t know where the second part of my order is. Customer service is not answering me and as many others have stated, I can’t get any money back or cancel the order.
Broken Promises
I bought a £480+ Chair from Made and my order was delayed, and I was given some excuse as to why, but I was reassured that I would get the chair. I accepted the delay and agreed to wait for the product and was even offered compensation for the delay. I have now heard that they have gone into administration, I have been left wondering if I will get my money refunded to me. Customer service has gone quiet, and I cannot get through to speak to anyone. I thought this companies' customer service was brilliant initially, but I can see now that it was just false promises.
Broken Floor Lamp
We bought Mayer LED Arc Overreach Floor Lamp for £149 from them three years ago. The integrated LED is broken without being touched at all and £149 is gone. Now have to think about how to get rid of such a big metal thing. MADE.com has some nice products but has a lot of products of poor quality as well. It’s like a gamble.
THEFT! NOT GIVING REFUNDS OR SENDING PRODUCTS
Joke. I paid £500 + for lights for my house. They told me 3 weeks ago they were shipped. (LIES) and now they're telling me they're closing down and cannot give me my money back or send me the products.
That's called THEFT!
