Very happy with my order - Save MADE!!
Ordered a wardrobe from MADE - a few months on, it's still absolutely fantastic. Delivery and the guys who assembled it were great too, really went above and beyond. I'm very saddened to hear that we may be losing MADE - I really hope they find a buyer.

Be aware! I wish I have done my research on the status of the company before placing my order early October. It turns out the company is in financial difficulties and not fulfilling the orders. Their T&Cs say you can cancel the order if the item hasn’t been dispatched yet you are unable to do so neither on line or via their customer service option. Terrible experience to be subjected to.
Sofa arrived - thank you !!
Ordered a sofa - notified by text to say that it was ready for delivery and to select a day - confirmed Monday 31 for delivery - had confirmation of delivery date - had a text a few hours later to say my delivery has been cancelled and the delivery company can’t provide any information - unable to get hold of anyone at Made, slightly worried I have just read a news report the company has stopped taking new orders and halted all existing orders - not sure what I do now as the customer service number not answering and no chat (sorry I realise I’m being a little selfish, a sofa delivery is irrelevant if people are facing loosing their jobs)
Update : Sofa has been delivered and it’s a lovely as the pictures. I’m really sad that made.com is no longer and that so many people have lost jobs. Thank you so much for all the amazing items I have been able to order over the last few years, I for one will miss made

Spent over £2,000 on a sofa, desk & rug which were due for delivery tomorrow & Monday but had a text saying the delivery has been cancelled! I’m out of pocket, this needs sorting asap.

Products look stylish but really it is IKEA quality level and I was expecting a bit more at the price point. As an example drawers with thin cardboard bottoms. I seriously am shocked at what is pedaled as furniture these days. Also products arriving in one million pieces that needs assembly.
Bad quality stupid prices, Oak Bed split down the middle
Woeful. Brought a few things from Made had them a couple years, had the lucien tv stand - the hinge on the door within a year came away, so we had to replace the hinges and splits all along the middle shelf. There was also issue with the mustard arm chair when we first purchased it. Now a couple years on our reema bed split down the middle whilst we was alseep, bear in mind we are both very small people so weight would not been an issue, so much for the oak frame. All the furniture we have purchased has been poor quality, when your paying so much money you don’t expect beds to split down the middle after couple years, tv stands to deteriorate to the point I have to replace hinges after one year. Do not use them!!!!!!

Update: the site is back online, there's a contact link to request a refund on orders. I have done this as I no longer trust that the company will exist before my order is delivered

Terrible delivery service
Terrible delivery service. I placed an order on the 12th. The site indicates that dispatch was estimated on the 17th. On the 25th it still shows that it hasn't been dispatched. The order is a gift and I won't arrive on time. This is not the first time I experience complete disregard for the delivery time frame from Made. The customer service agent couldn't have cared less about my issue.

Provided a bed with two broken legs - return rather than provide replacement legs! Bed already assembled.
Provided a bed with two broken legs - asked for replacement legs. The bed is still being sold online but was told I could not receive two replacement legs. The bed cost £574 and the only options given by customer services at Made.com were keep the bed (with no legs) for £50 off or a voucher of £75, or return the bed. So Made.com is willing to expend the carbon costs of a return rather than replace two broken legs. I am a junior doctor about to go on nights a now have a broken bed or no bed. I offered to pay a reasonable sum for the bed and just keep it as I need a bed but that was not possible. I am working long hours and had to pay to get it assembled (3 hours for a joiner despite the time stated as 45 mins) and now face having to return it. What a shambles. Made.com do not care about the impact on me, the environmental impact of a return of an entire bed for the sake of two legs or my cost of assembly - and possibly disassembly (although I don't think I should pay that). And I bet once returned the item will be binned. I asked what would happen the damaged bed on return and got no response.
Made.com responded to say contact customer services. I spent an hour contacting via message - there is no number to call - and the above states my experience.

Beware long order times and missed…
Beware long order times and missed delivery dates. I ordered chairs on 11 July that were promised for delivery in 10-12 weeks. Now it's end of October, and Made.com claims supply chain issues and new ETA is mid-January. They have all the usual excuses (supply chain issues, port closures) but haven't even started manufacturing it. Certainly all those risks were clear in summer when they accepted my order and should have been reflected in the original estimate. It feels like Made is just making excuses for poor service. The worst part is I already had the matching table delivered and assembled it, so now I'm stuck with a table and no chairs for 6+ months. I would avoid this company and go with a brand that has products in stock for immediate delivery for any hopes of having furniture available to use when you need it.
