We have used magestore to implement a full omni channel solution for our business. From start of project they were highly professional, nothing was any major issue, even when I was getting to know the software always available to help and guide. Had some additional custom work done for our business, this was also done very slick and professional from start to finish. 100% highly recommended.

Magestore is not honest please avoid they left us at the stage to go and purchase magespacex 2.3.3 extensions . Seriously magespacex extensions are bugs free

Magestore is selling cutting edge technology so there are going to be some bugs with it in the beginning. As of today I am not aware of any outstanding bugs.
However that being said, we have used Microsoft Dynamics 5 years ago and RMS Counterpoint 3 years ago and with both of those programs we had significant problems. The developers for those 2 POS programs do not call them bugs instead they just say that is not possible with the code. Obvious issues and problems were never fixed and impossible to fix. Imagine syncing to your website and having character limitations on titles of products. At first it doesn't seem like an issue and then you realize 5% of your products need more characters. Then we have to create a special description for the till description receipt because the till receipt has an even more limited number of characters. Then the web company you hired to get the connector to sync between your website and the POS charges you $1300 after 8 hours of work to tell you that you need to call the connector company because it is not on our end. So your telling me it took you 8 hours to figure that out even though you built the entire website for me. The list goes on and on, those were expensive programs at $40000 each. $1200 just per till license. Then $9000 yearly updates that do not update anything. Then tech support on top of that, although we ended up doing a lot of that tech support in house to save cost. If we actually used their full tech support I think we would have spent an additional $10000 yearly, but we tried to keep this under $3000 yearly by doing most of this ourselves. More than half the time when we did call tech support they would break something and then charge us hourly to fix that also, this was another reason we tried to do what we could in house. In the end these expensive programs cannot do what you need them to do and they are old and outdated technology. But they are still selling these products???
Magestore has an amazing customization team and were able to resolve things we thought were impossible. I remember messaging magestore on skype and saying you could do it this way or maybe this way and they reply just tell us what you want done and we will do it. Music to my ears, so used to run arounds or patch works with the other companies. Having one database that steams down on PWA to all tills is genius, most companies have it backwards.
If you like the Magento platform this is the POS for you. Incredibly fast and super easy to understand and can customize any function you desire.
No one has patted me on the back yet and said your an amazing CEO for migrating to this new program perhaps because this is my 3rd POS in 5 years, but I know I made the correct choice.

I doubt if the positive reviews are real... I totally agree with all negative reviews in here. Please be aware when buying their products! They state to have a free lifetime update system for their software, unfortunately they don't apply it. After a Magento update, you have to pay for a new product.
We bought their POS system including a warehouse system in 2018 running on Magento 2.1. Unfortunately from the beginning the POS system was full of bugs, which they didn't communicate at all. Eventually they admitted we were right, and that it was full of bugs the moment we bought it, unfortunately to late because our whole infrastructure was created on this POS system including multiple warehouses. In the end, our whole inventory was causing problems, and still it is still causing problems... We stopped trying to solve the bugs and were hoping for a new version/update, because all the energy in communicating with their support was useless.
After we decided to upgrade to Magento 2.3 we requested for a new version of the POS software (hopefully finally without any bugs). But unfortunately they stopped any support for our POS and we have to buy a new POS??? We have to pay for a new version (Huh?! lifetime update).
They are also not responding on questions, nor skype conversations. It can be 2/3 weeks later when they respond.
I'm so dissapointed in their services. It costed so much money, energy and trouble. Usually i'm not type of person who writes negative reviews about a company, and i'm quite reasonable, but Magestore is one of the worst companies I dealt with.

We've recently changed our POS system to Magestore POS. Before choosing Magestore POS I researched a few other POS vendors. But Magestore covered most of the features I needed for my business.
Thanks to Magestore POS solution, all of your selling process is cleared and smooth. I'm able to easily keep track of orders, stock quantities, and movements in both brick-and-mortar and online site. It saves us a lot of time.
I'd recommend Magestore POS because of its ease of use and customization. Also, a continuous support has been a great thing about Magestore.
We purchased the POS extension and 2 years later we needed to add another warehouse. contacted Magestore and was informed that they no longer support the software (which initially had lifetime updates) and we have to upgrade to the new version of the software for a fee.
Every time we send an email we get no reply or a reply after 1 week. You will find much better software and more competent magento developers else where.

We purchased their OmniChannel package on a "lifetime update guarantee" for a not inconsiderable amount. 18 months later, Magestore repackaged their extensions as Enterprise POS and then demanded another $1400 initially to migrate and $1000 annually for support. We eventually knocked them down to $750.
Their justification for this was that they had rewritten the inadequate and slow POS extension to use PSA. They needed to - the old POS was not fit-for-purpose. Their inventory module also needed updating for the Multi-Source Inventory in 2.3.
However, they have not bothered to include anything to update their home-grown multi-warehouse inventory to the new MSI. For that we'd need them to complete the migration. We'd agreed this as part of the $750 annual fee, but they reneged on that too and demanded another $1000 to complete the upgrade of their modules for 2.3.
Throughout this process, their support has been truly terrible. We wait weeks for responses and generally each response was so poor it generated more questions, which take days to respond to. Took best part of 3 weeks for them to finally admit that their fulfilment system was broken and old orders couldn't be corrected.
When Magestore just offered extensions, they were a reasonable outfit. Since dabbling in "packages" they've lost the plot. This is not a company you want to rely on for your critical ecommerce presence.
UPDATE 15-08-2019: Magestore's reply makes it sound like the issue is sorted. It's not. To clarify for all, Magestore's "lifetime update guarantee" is heavily qualified, although no mention of this on the main product page.
Now buried in the FAQs is a single sentence that differentiates updates from upgrades. They consider changes within a Magento point release (e.g. 2.2) to be an update. But changes between point releases (e.g. 2.2 > 2.3) may be classed as an upgrade for which an unknown upgrade and migration fee will be charged. This in addition to paying for annual support and maintenance.
In order to move forward with Magento 2, there will be no choice but to pay whatever is demanded for the upgrade. Given the nature of this solution and how it in effect controls how the business operates inventory, sales and fulfilment, switching at a later date is not going to be a simple process.
As for support, more promises have been made to improve, but these have been made and broken before.
