Have been trying since 23rd of August to get a refund on a poster that arrived damaged, company doesn't respond and have had to contact consumer advice Consumer Advice to advise on the best method of resolution.
STAY AWAY FROM PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!

SCAM. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I ordered a couple days before Christmas, definitely not expecting it to arrive until the new year, however I’ve sent several emails to their customer service, asking them to update me on how long it will be and when I can expect the tracking number and nothing! Absolutely no response! I can understand if it was going to take longer because of Christmas but to absolutely refuse to respond to any query is very unprofessional, I’ve sent one final email asking to be updated or refunded as I refuse to be left in the dark over poor communication and customer service. I’ve paid £80 for absolutely nothing when this was meant to be a very nice gift for my SO and I feel as though I’ve been scammed. Completely unprofessional.

Order came without a frame
I ordered a premium poster with a white frame. It took over ten days to get to me, and arrived without the frame. I emailed the company on their support email and received no response but emailed them on another email and got a response within the hour. They were very apologetic and have now sent a new framed print to me. Very helpful customer service

Damaged fame
Ordering was very easy and order received swiftly, however the frame was damaged which given the occasion was the following day was not great. Contacting the company they refunded the price of the frame but this still left me with a damaged gift to give, plus the additional cost of re-framing the print
