All good for me - generous free spins with no deposit offer, was able to withdraw my winnings, yeah I didn't win much but won a little bit and no issues getting it. No issues for me!

Would give them 0 stars if possible, if anyone is thinking about opening an account with these lot don’t bother. Waited over 5 days to pay me out my £400 winnings after depositing. Their team tells me... See more

Absolute trash, first of all site charged fee for deposit and withdrawal of YOUR money. At first all was fine and could get bonus spins, but after some painfully slow money cash outs it all changed... See more

MagicRed Casino provides an average

MagicRed Casino provides an average gaming experience. The game variety is acceptable, but both graphics and overall excitement could use enhancements. Improved responsiveness from customer support would contribute to a more satisfying experience.

Won over £70 after signing up and…

Won over £70 after signing up and getting a £10 bonus, then MagicRed decided to start helping themselves to my winnings and continuing to put it onto a bonus fund. Meaning when I went to cash out they’d stole half the money I actually won - even though I never touched a penny of their £10 free bonus that I got initially signing up. Scandalous. Will not be using them again, and even if you could win a years worth of meat for your dog to even gamble through their casino, I still would not recommend them (the food would probably be past its sell by date, or worse MagicRed would have eaten half of it upon arrival). Pure dog s***e

This site is absoloute ****!

This site is absoloute ****!!! Absoloute rubbish and I would steer well clear!! Most betting sites are dodgy to be fair but this site is something else!! Quick enough to take your money obviously then when it comes to withdrawal it takes over 12 hours, never known anything like it!! Customer service is awful and unhelpful, you pay fees to deposit and fees to withdraw and they still take 12 hours to process it!! You don’t get any scatters or bonuses on ANY game you play and when you do start winning the site starts glitching and throws you out of every game you play!!! Absoloute **** so don’t waste your time you’re better off burning your money than playing here!!! Don’t know 1 single person that’s win any money from this scamming site!! Awful!!!

WONT WITHDRAW ME

WONT WITHDRAW ME

They asked me for loads of details to get my money back and sent over all the documents, they then made up that I need the details of one of my friends cards who made a £30 deposit a couple months before I even won the 350 quid, long story short my friend has lost his card since then and there only response is basically unlucky looks like we just well just keep it then ! Funny that they didn’t need his card details when I deposited over a 1400 into my account using my card isn’t it ??

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Misled

Signed up for a no wagering 100 free spins, but you must deposit £10. Once I signed up, the offer on the screen was much different to one advertised via an advert on the The Sun’s website. So went through to live chat and explained issue, agent asked me for link for offer I found, which I shared, after a few minutes came back and said not an issue, please make your deposit and he would then manually add the ‘no wagering’ spins. I deposited and went back on to the live chat exchange with him and he went off for a couple of minutes to get some help adding spins. He then came back and said sorry we can’t no longer offer you the 100 spins, but can offer you 20?!! As you can imagine I was not pleased and felt I had been severely misled into depositing, only for the offer to change. I then immediately withdrew my £10 deposit and to top it off they deducted £1 for ‘admin fees’! Avoid these crooks at all costs!

I have no grievances with the deposits…

I have no grievances with the deposits or withdrawals like others have suggested - I withdrew via debit card and was instant once approved (approval can take couple mins to a couple hours or even longer on a weekend as I’m sure it’s just business days for withdrawals)

This website has almost every slot you can think of. From all different brands. I’ve never seen a collection of slots on any online casino I’ve played at (and I’ve played at many)

My problem which is ultimately a huge problem. Is the slots are terrible. I’m not sure what’s going on with this website but the slots just rinse you. On repeat. Pragmatic, play n go are two of the biggest names in slots and both are dead (yet I can play the exact same slot on a different website and it will give the bonus feature, yet is unable to do it on Magic Red & I understand people wil say gambling is random but there’s random and then there’s this and I’m very very suspicious of this). I’ve played over 50 slots simultaneously across paddy power, 32red, ladbrokes, grosvenor casino and finally magic red. Everywhere else will bonus within 50-60x of wager. With magic red you could wage x200, x300, x500 x1000 and the slots will still be unbonusable or just completely dead. Something is very very very suspicious with this website.

I’ve lost £420 today, I do between 40-60p spins (mainly 40p but 60p occasionally) and every slot I have played today has been dead. May as well have ripped the money up and put it in the bin. (I’m not just reviewing this because I’m angry that I’ve lost money because thankfully I’m in a position where moneys not really an issue, I play for the enjoyment) but these slots, I don’t trust them, it all looks good but trust me, every slot you play will be dead. You’ll never get bonuses and when you do get bonuses they’ll pay x10 your bet (considering you’ve spent 100,200,300x your bet to actually get the bonus a x10 win is pathetic, giving you 1% of your losses back isn’t a bonus)

If these slots weren’t rigged to the absolute moon and back I’d give this casino 5 stars just based on withdrawal times and the amount of slots they have.

No win.

50 spins at 40p stake and only 1 win of a little over £2
There's gambling or there's something else. All the time the website displays how others have won thousands, yeah doesn't seems correct bearing in mind my experience.

I’ve had better experiences with other casinos

I’ve had mixed experiences with Magicred deposit was declined and I wait almost 6 weeks for a refund. Also the payouts are slow and there is a charge for withdrawals and also a charge for adding funds.
It’s not hard to win and I’ve had a few wins but as I said the withdrawal process is very slow

I have joined magic red this morning…

I have joined magic red this morning and deposited £20 but you took £20.50 from my account. After that I saw my balance was £40 in my magic red account. I started to play and some money won. At that time I needed a break so I stopped playing for a while. Then I tried to play but it said my time session out so I asked to login again. I tried to login but I couldn’t. I thought I forgotten my password and tried to reset it. I clicked as forgot my password and it said I will receive an email but I didn’t receive any email. Again and again I tried but I didn’t receive email.

After some time I tried to JOIN using same email. It accepted and received emails regarding this 2nd joining. I deposited £10 but it took £10.25. I played and lost £9.95. Now I think the balance only 5p.
How can happen all this?
I have only proof for the first time joining is you taken £20.50 from my Lloyds bank account.
Still I didn’t receive any emails or messages about my first joining.

Please answer me what is happening to my first account I opened in the morning. Please reply me.
