Getting messed around for this review. first of all my withdrawal got declined and now they asking for documents i have already uploaded feels like im not going to get this money

Deposited but got declined, money still came out of account. Been on live chat many times and keep getting told it’s under review and will get an email when sorted. Over 5 days now and nothing. Provided bank statement showing came out but no communication at all. Shocking and poor customer service

Not only do they charge for deposit and withdrawals but I requested 2 withdrawals on Thursday night Friday morning and they are still pending even though I uploaded my documents. I will not upload pictures of front and back of my card as they've requested or my bank statements but they've had my driving license, utility bills etc so why am I still waiting

Pathetic. I have tried for 2 days to withdraw £80 from this site. I was asked to send a picture of my bank card (front and back) a picture of my driving license. A picture of a bank statement and a picture of myself, holding the bank card and drivers license so that the numbers are clearly visible. Tried 3 times to take this required selfie and they keep refusing it. Basically my £80 is sitting in "pending" for withdrawl, and they keep finding excuses to hold onto it. Funnily enough, they didn't need all these pictures when I was depositing money into them. Hmmmmm.

Do not use this site they take money from you if you deposit 10.00 they take 10.25 its only 25p but if the do this to everyone? And if you take 10.00 out they only give you 9.00 pounds riping people off

Had this site 1 hour and realised you have to pay a fee to deposit YOUR own money and a fee to withdraw YOUR winnings. what an Absolute joke😂 also takes days to get your withdrawal, so many better casino’s

Nice at 1st like always, then I realised I had to pay to deposit and pay to withdraw, After a few nice wins it went down hill and all games were no wins so I had to set my limits to a weekly lil amount; if not I would have had to close my account cause it was just taking money not giving anymore. Absolute trash, first of all site charged fee for deposit and withdrawal of YOUR money.
At first all was fine and could get bonus spins, but after some painfully slow money cash outs it all changed.
Zero bonus spins on average 200 spins and tested multiple games 10p each x200 spins.
You just can't get bonuses, so obviously site is rigged and it is not regulated by UK authorities.

This is the worst site I have tried. Huge fees for depositing and withdrawing. Games that don't work. The positive reviews on here seem fake too. Please avoid at all costs.

The worst casion online i will say to the people avoid this scammers coz they will rip all your money, don’t let to cash out , when you play one game if you stay for long then 5 min they will try to get out from the game to loose your counting % of RTP .
