Useless postal service

My package has been sitting somewhere for 19 days and hasn't even let the USA to come to australia yet !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pony Express Was Faster

This has to be the worst business model I've seen in quite a while. Communication is the key to success in any business, and accurate, up-to-date tracking is one of the keys to successful retail. This company goes exactly opposite of both. Updates that come after 8 days of nothing, and 1-2 days before arrival is totally unacceptable, and seemingly the norm for this vendor. If enough people stop using retailers who use this service, the message should become loud and clear.

Useless service

Useless service, unable to contact anyone to track this. Get sent all over to try to speak to a representative, enter details multiple times to be told everyone is busy and won't speak to you. I am currently waiting on a package which is 5 weeks delayed with them and every time I check the status there is no further update or movement and the expected date is pushed back. If I could rate this as a zero star I would.

This service doesn't work

This service doesn't work, tried to save a few bucks on shipping and have used this service three times, every time=problems. Latest ongoing situation is a seller on amazon so thankfully i will be refunded tomorrow through amazon,pretty much if you want to watch your items ping pong around the country passing your location N,E,S,and west and then vanish then this is the service for you

This is a terrible service

This is a terrible service. My item shipped the day after purchase, arrived in my city 2 days later, and then the tracking stopped updating on UPS. After a few days it said my item would be delivered every day by 7pm and then after 7pm would update to the next day, but the actual tracking never updated. I contacted the company I purchased from, Fanatics MLB Shop, where they lied and said numerous things, it was delivered (no), it was lost (?), it would be delivered (no), etc etc etc. I needed my item, which was very small and light, for something 2 hours away. They kept saying it'll be there tomorrow. Tomorrow kept coming and no delivery. When I purchased, it said I would get it in 3-7 business days. Friday was the 7th business day and it was not delivered, even though it said it would be. Said the same thing Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, Labor Day. It was finally delivered on Tuesday, September 5th. I ordered on the 23rd of August. It shipped the 24th of August at 11:46am, according to the MLB Shop website AND the email they sent me. It arrived here, from across my state, on August 26th. It wasn't delivered until September 5th. Business days: 24, 25, 28, 29, 30, 31, 1, 5. Plus weekend days: 26, 27, 2, 3, 4. That's 8 business days and 5 weekend/holidays. Two weeks since purchase for an item which weighs less than 3oz. I could have driven across the state 12 times to purchase this item. It is ridiculous that my purchase was held captive and I was not given any actual updates. There was zero reason it should take this long. I paid $6 for shipping, plus $2 for handling, for a tiny baby onesie. To get it to my cousin I'll now have to spend more money to ship it or wait for an unknown time when I see my cousin. How is this how customer service? I didn't pick how it was shipped and I didn't consent to waiting half a month for my item to arrive. This is a terrible service.

I have been waiting days for a package…

I have been waiting days for a package that has been stuck at mail innovations in Rossford, OH. They need to shut this place down and be reported to the better business bureau. Absolutely unacceptable.

This company needs to shut down!

If I can give this run down scam of a place zero stars I would. I have a package that has been at this location for three weeks with no movement. This company needs to be shut down immediately! It does a huge disservice to the customers and doesn’t seem to understand that people have time sensitive packages. Companies from all over need to refrain from using ups mail innovations. They have no customer service, literally, because they have one number that is not in service and another that keeps ringing until it disconnects. Business owners reading this, please do not use ups innovations, you will receive a lot of unhappy customers.

Another Mail Innovations lost package

Update - I have had another package go into limbo via Mail Innovations. That makes two in two months. It seems to have traveled without incident from AZ to CA and then just falls off the map. This needs to stop.
Update 8-2 UPS wrote me and said " it is recommended that you contact the company you ordered from to discuss a replacement or refund."

Absolute Worst!

If I could 0 stars, I would. Tracking has not updated in a week, but my expected delivery date changes every day (Monday by 7pm, Tuesday by 7pm, etc.) UPS is no help because "it's been transferred to USPS for delivery." USPS is no help because there's no tracking update.

Beware of UPS Mail Innovations

UPS Mail Innovations seems like a giant scam. Consumers watch and wait. The tracking appears to move around the country. I saw a package of mine that tracked a package from Virginia to New Mexico where it was marked DELIVERED, but I live in New York state. If you are unfortunate enough to get caught in this, don't expect to see your item. On the bright side, once I complained to the seller through Amazon the seller immediately refunded the full purchase price. This seems quite suspicious. I believe it has to do with the seller not wanting to involve Amazon (or eBay). These sellers prey and profit on the percentage of people who don't follow up on the buying platform with inquiries about their items.

BEWARE of UPS Innovations

UPS Innovations is a TERRIBLE subcontractor many internet based companies are using! I spoke with my local Postmaster and they have been having problems NATIONWIDE FOR MONTHS with NO corrections made by UPS Innovations after being made aware of the problems on many occasions! They incorrectly track packages so that they appear to have been delivered to the USPS and the items are just waiting for USPS to "accept" the packages. Meanwhile, the USPS never received the package! They are forced to scan an acceptance tracker for large bags filled with packages and don't know if the packages are actually there that are on the list until the shipment they received is processed. They have no way of contacting local UPS Innovations offices to track the missing items. Many items are either shipped to incorrect other facilities or they disappear completely! PLEASE, reconsider before subcontracting with UPS Innovations! I for one will nolonger purchase from retailers that use them! I now have not received 3 packages from 2 different stores because no one can locate my items just this month alone!

The UPS Innovations, Butner NC

The UPS Innovations in Butner, NC is obviously conducting theft and fraud by not delivering thousands upon thousands of customer’s packages according to reviews on all major websites and nothing is being done about it. There is no way possible for this many packages to simply be lost and disappear into thin air. Lack of training and Covid is no longer a valid excuse. This is a FEDERAL OFFENSE and should be handled accordingly. The Butner, NC facility particularly seems to enjoy ”losing” (i.e. STEALING) packages during all major holidays. I have personally had issues with almost all QVC and Universal Yums packages never showing up, so they are obviously enjoying clothing, home goods, jewelry, and food for themselves. Apparently, these large companies are going to have to be the one to file the federal complaint before anything is done about it. Once these companies get tired of losing enough money by reshipping so much, we may see this facility permanently shut down and the criminals indicted. I encourage you to report your issues to the UPS Innovations headquarters in CT and any federal organizations that can handle the issue.

The worst customer service experience ever!!!

This morning I have called UPS Mail Innovations 5 times and given them the tracking number on the package I did receive and now want to return. I never ordered the item yet my credit card has already been charged. Now I can't get a person to talk to so I can ask how to return the item. I have left a message with my phone number to be called back but I won't hold my breath to hear from anyone at UPS Mail Innovations. This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever known! It makes me not want to order online in case the company I order from uses UPSMI.

Ditto. Shameful service

Ditto. Same as everybody else. 2 packages in limbo for weeks now. Tracking info just changes every day stating it will arrive today by 7:00 PM. And every day, the package doesn’t arrive. Shameful service.

Absolutely terrible service
