Mail innovations new big disaster in our country
My package shipped to me 02/13/2023 but today 02/27/2023 and i am not receiving this package
Mail innovations customer service ignore to
resolve this problem. Package shipped by UPS from AZ
and after five days enroute to USPS in Rossford OH.
Why need two slow horses for one small package?????????

I never received my package.

This has been an extremely frustrating experience which has no end in sight. I’m convinced I will never receive My package. UPS won’t help me and USPS won’t take responsibility either. It’s at a dead end with this. I’m convinced this is a fraudulent company.
NOBODY SHOULD EVER USE MAIL INNOVATIONS.
It was sent 1/31. The tracking numbers don’t work since each time I track my package it tells me it will arrive that day.

Like others have said...Package in limbo

Like others have said, my package is in the dreaded "Package Acceptance Pending" status. For 19 days now. Expected delivery changes day by day. I can't file a claim with either USPS or UPS. Would give zero stars if possible.

So-called "UPS Mail Innovations" are "innovating" what, exactly?

So-called "UPS Mail Innovations" could improve their performance, saving their own company time & money.

How exactly is difficult to say, BUT -- why on earth would a small (less than one pound) package be shipped from an online retailer (that has locations in Tennessee & Kentucky) towards a final destination in Dallas-Fort Worth, the package make it as far as a city in North Dallas County (Carrollton), to then be shipped from there ---->to Shreveport Louisiana? Just to sit there, going nowhere. It's not rational.

If I had known that Bud's Guns was using this shipper -- I would not have placed the order in the first place.

I'm naming the retailer in hopes they will light a fire under UPS Mail Innovations, being as "Mail Innovations", other than through somewhat opaque "tracking" info (that contains brief snippets of commentary that cause more questions to arise, rather than to lay questions to rest!) has made themselves near-entirely UNANSWERABLE to simple peons that are paying the bills, such as myself.

It's not that I'm in any real hurry for the items...
My complaint at this point is more over the stupidity of shipping a parcel from an assembly point near to (approx. 25 miles) of a final destination, to some ("regional"?)
clearing house location nearly 200 miles away?

DFW area has millions of people living here. It's among the largest metropolitan locales in the nation. I know for a fact there is a large amount of in-bound freight of all types...

Why, oh why ship packages from many hundreds of miles out-of-State, into "the DFW Metroplex" (as it's locally known) to then turn right around and send the package again out-of-State --->when it will have to return to the DFW Metroplex area AGAIN to reach it's final destination???

What a waste of fuel, and manpower too, it could be assumed.

How many other hundreds of lbs., if not THOUSANDS of lbs. of "packages" does this irrational "shipping" occur with? And WHY??? What is the motivation?

It makes no sense ---while otherwise opening doors and windows to shipping "partners" employees to either; lose/misplace packages, or else outright steal the merchandise.

NO star!

If I could give no stars, I would! Apparently Mail Innovations is where go packages go to die. Two of my online orders went through Mail Innovations. They are now sitting in Mail Innovations buildings in Rossford, OH and Springfield, MA - "Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending" Every day, I get the message that the package will be delivered by the end of the day. I've been getting this message for over a month now.

I have no idea

Left retailer 12/19 from NC. Been sitting in Ohio since 12/23. No updates except every day I get "package on the way" if I check tracking. Funny thing retailer said they will send the items again and I told them no if they are using UPS/Mail Innovations. They sent USPS Priority mail 12/31 and I still don't have it but getting current updates.

Ups mail innovations needs to be SHUT DOWN NOW!!!! They are the WORST shipper ever! Every package I had coming before Christmas arrived AFTER. I still have 2 packages I have been waiting for since Dec 20th, 2022. They hold my packages inOhio for weeks and when they finally start to move 95% of them are dropped off at the WRONG post office. I now refuse to shop with anyone that uses this nasty lousy shipper. And the fact that I paid to have these packages shipped makes me sick. Shut them down.

Packages haven’t moved from Rossford OH…

Packages haven’t moved from Rossford OH mail innovations in a month. Very disappointing when you expect your orders to not only be on time, but should of been here 2-3 before Christmas. I feel bad for the sellers who shipped orders promptly and have to deal with customer complaints due to this mail innovation facility.

To everyone complaining about Rossford…

To everyone complaining about Rossford OH facility / regarding Mail Innovations for gobbling up our Christmas packages and not sending them on their way. Put a complaint in with the Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost, I did, not sure if it will help but at this point it can't hurt. Maybe if he gets enough of them they will will look in to the facility.

Absolute terrible service

Absolute terrible service! I’ve been caught between UPS and USPS for weeks. Package has been in limbo for 2 weeks. Both blame the other and I have no idea who is telling the truth. Avoid any business that ships using this program!

Terrible, Shameful Service

Terrible service. Even UPS cannot provide an accurate status for the shipment. And USPS is even frustrated. UPS needs to overhaul this method and process and provide more accurate and truthful details. Ended up calling the vendor who issued a full refund due to delay exceeding 10 days. Not expecting a delivery at all- and certainly not in time for Christmas.

Mail Innovations is the WORST

I, too, wish I could give zero stars as Mail Innovations is the WORST service I have ever seen. Three orders from 2 DIFFERENT companies one shipped November 25th and the other 2 on December 8th ALL have been sitting in Philadelphia PA "pending acceptance" since 9:43 pm on December 12th. It is quite interesting to me that these orders are from ENTIRELY DIFFERENT companies yet the status is the same and hasn't changed in 9 (almost 10 now) days! And it is so frustrating to try to track down a person to talk to but once you do all they do is blame the other. UPS blames the Post Office and the Post Office blames UPS. The companies can't help to find the lost packages, all they can do is refund your money but a refund is not the solution, the delivered package is! Please do whatever you can to convince companies NOT TO USE THIS HORRIBLE UNRELIABLE MAIL INNOVATIONS SERVICE!

Business Practice

There is no worse shipping method then UPS Mail Innovations. The name sounds like an attraction at Disneyworld and makes you wait even longer! Ive had two items shipped via innovations, one took over 3 weeks the other disappeared and neither UPS or USPS knows where it is or can help. UPS needs to go back to delivering their own packages and cut out the second party.... its unforntunate that the retailers don't specify they are using this crap service. Would rather pay a premium to get the package in a few days than a few weeks. No one at UPS is willing to help find out why they won't deliver my package, other than insinuating it's because it's the cheap service method. It's the worst one out there. Packages are said to be "handed to USPS" yet continue to show processing through the mail innovations facility for over a week. Extremely late delivery. I could have driven to the place of origin to get my package in less time. Think twice before purchasing from anyone who uses this service for shipping, particularly if you are expecting your purchase to arrive within a certain time period, or arrive at all, for that matter. The problem with UPS "Mail Innovations" is it's only innovative from the standpoint of its cost to UPS. It may drop the price for the shipping customer, but all this at the cost of the delivery customer who ends up with little information on what planet the package is on. What will happen is, when UPS hands the package off to USPS, USPS likely won't scan it at that point, because they'll often skip that step if they can-- at which point you've got no further information on it until it arrives somewhere where a parcel scan is necessary, likely only once it's delivered. So from the time UPS hands it off until it arrives (IF it does), it goes into a black hole.

I wish I could give zero stars

I wish I could give zero stars. i ordered my items on November 25th. My packages have been sitting in the Rossford, Ohio location since December 2nd. We are now five days away from Christmas, and it appears that my gifts have ended up where gifts and packages go to die. I am so disappointed and angry. And to think that I paid for this "service". This could not be more unacceptable.

I’ve had a package stuck there since…

I’ve had a package stuck there since dec 9th and it’s now the 20th… i’ve tried calling for days and no answer. There seems to be no way to get any help. I’m so upset because this was a christmas gift ordered for my parents.

Agree with all reviews

Agree with all reviews! This is the worst mail system ever! Tracking is almost non existent, several packages I have ordered seem to disappear once it arrives at a facility in Rossford Ohio. Shame on retailers who use 3rd party affiliate Mail Innovations. There is absolutely nothing innovating about this service! And shame on UPS AND USPS for not taking responsibility. They blame one another. Managing director Steve Krpan…30 yrs experience? You are fired.
