Poor communication and not honoring delivery dates
Based on your delivery guidelines, my order should had arrived within 5-7days , it's already 2 weeks and no one bother to contact me and share a status. I had to wrote you and the answer I received was that there was a problem with my parcel at customs, but still haven't heard back when my order will arrive. There's a big room for improvement in your communication. The link you sent from UPS is very misleading as I received an email that my order was ready for shipment and then heard nothing back. From then on, at UPS website says they will post the delivery date shortly which has not happened for more than 7 days now since the original estimated delivery date.

Lingerie is top quality, hosiery is a bit disappointing
Lingerie is top quality, but hosiery leaves something to be desired. This isn't the first order I've placed with Maison Close and have always loved the quality of the lingerie, so I decided to try some of their hosiery. The hosiery feels nice, however, it did not last the first day of wearing. The toe area developed holes, which is very disappointing.

I recently purchased the hot pink Open Panty and Open Triangle bra from the ‘French Kiss’ collection, as well as Les Fetiches nipple covers….
My lady and I are delighted with the purchase; the packaging was fantastic with each piece individually wrapped, adding to the excitement of unwrapping! The color is truly ‘hot’, and the items well made from what feels like quality materials. The attention to detail is amazing…
This is some of the sexiest lingerie either of us have encountered, and stacks up very well against the likes of AP and Elf Zhou…we both like the ‘strappy’ look; my partner is Asian, petite, with a phenomenal body; this lingerie accentuates every curve; she feels incredibly sexy wearing it, and I can totally understand why. To say these items look incredible on her is an understatement!
This was our first purchase from Maison Close, however we are already certain we will be spending a small fortune with this brand…but are confident it will be money well spent.
This is special, classy, well thought out, beautifully designed lingerie designed to inspire, excite and please. It does not disappoint.
The only slight issue I had with the website was trying to order matching stockings; whilst the image showed a ‘hot pink’ item, the actual item description was for a different color; I didn’t want to risk having the wrong item delivered and wasting time/money so didn’t bother.
Overall 9.5/10.
