I shop in Summertown, N.Oxford and run a commercial account there too. The staff in the shop are brilliant. Helpful, expert and very friendly. The wine I buy is generally very good and you do well to maintain a few regular items at reasonable prices.

Your people are just true experts, the team always have time to share their knowledge and match my tastes with great wine.

Recently shopped at Henley-on-Thames branch, as always a great experience. Steve is amazing, a great asset for Majestic Wine. He is always so friendly, welcoming & so knowledgeable, & the reason we always go to this branch! Steve will always advise to meet your budget, have had some fabulous wine recommendations, & not too pricey.

Went to Leamington to drop some perfect draft kegs off, the customer service was brilliant and she was so friendly! Good selection of drinks, was the first but definitely not the last time visiting

As always, the staff were very helpful to ensure that I got what I wanted. The service was perfect.

The wines we purchase are very nice and we keep coming back. However, of late the vouchers you gave us have dried up which has made us look elsewhere for the deals. Being of a certain age being able to splash out is not always possible.
Your staff at Lincoln are always so helpfull to us.

Fantastic range of wines and some great offers. I'm a regular Majestic customer and have always found the staff to be incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They often make excellent recommendations and I've never been disappointed in any wines they've suggested - often at a lower price point than my usual wine choices.

So disappointed with majestic Dockland (5/8/26) was gonna buy 6 cases of champagne for my last minute company party at 11:00 and when I get to Docklands at 10:00 they are still close, I wait till 10:10 and I left, it said on the website they open at 10:00. That’s so disappointing. Never my first choice anymore.

I’ve been a customer at Causewayside in Edinburgh for many years. When I phone in my order it’s dealt with great efficiency. Usually next day delivery. I can’t expect anything more from this branch in Edinburgh. I highly recommend the wines/fizz.

The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional and helped me take all the boxes to my car.

The only negative was that one can only buy the wine that Majestic stock i.e. one cannot order a case of wine that they do not normally stock.

Very helpful member of staff at the Braintree branch, wandered around the store with me whilst she was available, discussed wines with me and made recommendations. I ended up with about 15 bottles of wine, which I'm very much looking forward to. Price was reasonable, and further benefitted from mix pricing discounts and an online voucher discount (much appreciated).

For most things I am happy to shop online but I enjoy going to my local Majestic which has a great selection of wines at prices I like. Although I have my favourite wine types I also pick up something new to try now and again. Most of the shopping I do is a result of necessity but a visit to Majestic is a pleasure with helpful staff always on hand.

I Love Majestic Wines, I've been being in bulk cases from smaller outfits, when ever I walk into their shop I'm looked up n down as though I could afford a bottle of peroni, once they take my order they run around and do everrything they can for me,
With Majestic I see the same guy at the Cheltenham store, he knows me, knows what i'd like based on previous orders and understands that my job may not be a suit wearing guy, but I am a medical professional, I choose Majestic over all the other small so called 'niche' outfits as they are accomadating, dont care how I dress, and just guide me towards the wine I like to buy, for my clients, shame i rarely to get sample as much

Just spent an hour selecting wines for a new order and got a shock when checking out.

My nearest store, Falmouth, has been delivering orders to my address for many years but it now seems that I am outside their delivery area. Had to cancel the order.....not impressed.

I never visit a Majestic store as my nearest one in Sale is too far for me a so I always order online (which is always excellent!) This week I have been staying in Leighton Buzzard and was able to actually go inside a Majestic shop. I wanted to buy a gift voucher for my son-in-law so I first phoned the shop in LB . The person I spoke to was extremely helpful and friendly. I called in the store the next day and again, very helpful and friendly. I bought a gift voucher and also 6 bottles! The assistant was very helpful , carried the bottles out to the car as well!!!

Rang recorder I had placed , was disappointed to find I could in fact buy 8 bottles from Asda for the price I had paid to majestic for 6 lady on phone very dismissive advised that items could possibly be delivered tomorrow at the earliest, I was going to cancel but decided to phone my local store in Harrogate, very helpful staff who said my order was due for delivery today ????
If it hadn’t of been for the wonderful staff at Harrogate I would have cancelled this order due the rudeness of the staff at the customer service centre !
