I went to this firm because they are an independent in this world of corporate chains. Service was personal and friendly and dare I say intelligent.

I rented a property let and managed by Major Son & Phipps for two years and in that time I found them to prompt and courteous whenever I had a request or needed assistance. I would recommend their services to anyone looking to rent a property they manage.

Like most people, I've always been incredibly dubious of Estate Agents, especially when cut from the 'Sloaney Clone' mould. But the team at Major Son & Phipps are a massive breath of fresh air. Such a refreshing change! The experience with Major Son & Phipps was such a smooth and pleasant one. I actually think being a smaller agency - and around for so many years helps the customer. They handled everything (during covid) and I never once felt pushed or manipulated. That has sadly been my experience with other, more aggressive agents. In short all three people I dealt with were so easy to reach, clear, friendly and efficient. The whole thing went perfectly. I'd also add the property on their books was a brilliant one for me.

Major Son & Phipps have been my letting agents for 14 years, having been recommended to me by a friend. I have had a very easy and happy relationship with them throughout and am really rather sad to be parting company with them as I have sold the house in question, which they sold for me in 2 days flat. If I knew of anybody to recommend them to I would. I shall miss them.
