Fantastic service
I am very pleased with the service provided by Major Son & Phipps. The renting process was smooth and efficient; all our queries were answered promptly, our references were collected and the Tenancy Agreement drawn up within a few days of us registering our interest in the property. I would highly recommend renting through them.

Fast, efficient service, good value for money
I have recently used Major Son & Phipps to let my flat. They were quick to find tenants, even in the difficult covid-19 market. Their fixed letting fee also works out as good value for money for tenancies which last for more than a year.

I had a great experience with the team at Major Son & Phipps especially Lisa, always very helpful and incredibly proactive. She got everything done quick and supported us throughout the whole process. She was great, super friendly and made us feel happy and comfortable the whole time !
