I've been with Makebox since March…
I've been with Makebox since March 2020. The beautiful crafts have helped me find calm and me time amongst the craziness. Each box is always exquisitely designed with detailed instructions, access to videos and high quality materials to work with. Any queries are always dealt with quickly and helpfully. I also love being part of the Makebox community and seeing how people have made their projects unique. My Makewall is slowly turning into a Makehouse! Thank you 🐝

I have been a subscriber with MakeBox & Co for over 2 years now and I just love them soo much!! I can’t begin to explain the joy the boxes bring me!! I lose myself in creating the projects for many happy hours!! The exciting projects are always beautifully designed!! 😍 I would highly recommend MakeBox!! Nearly Perfect!
I really do want to live Make Box 100% but there’s just a few niggles I can’t ignore. More mistakes thank I’d usually accept eg, no templates in one of my boxes and typos in the instructions in another. I also find it incredible hard to work out what box is next and how to skip it (I’m on a 3m prepay so have to message each month)

Please do let me know if you did not receive it and I will get one sent to you. We really appreciate your feedback and will work harder on our process to reduce all errors so this does not happen to you in the future. With regards to the latest box, it is announced on a direct email, social media and always on the front page of the website. We are looking at developing technology to enable pre paid customers to make changes online, but in the mean time, I am more than happy to make any changes you want every month. Still waiting a refund
Ordered flower press early December, unable to provide as unable to get parts . Cancelled 6th Dec and refund (?) - but now 12th December and refund still pending. Mmmmmm
Thank you , yes I have checked at pal - apologies as unsure where the pending responsibilities lay or as in some cases, even with PayPal, refunds are made direct to the debit card. It wasn’t very clear. Thanks.

Hi Rosalie, we are really sorry that you haven’t received your refund but it was issued on Monday the 6th via PayPal which was your payment method. We can see that the refund is pending and this is due to how PayPal process refunds not us. Have you checked your PayPal account to see this? We will also send you the screenshots of the refund timeline on email to prove this has been done. Sorry this has obviously caused upset, unfortunately it is not down to us as we took care to refund you immediately.
Nice products, very poor user experience
I will start by saying some of the boxes I have received were lovely, great quality products. Unfortunately my experience of being a subscriber has been far less positive.
In summary, swapping boxes is not straightforward and I have ended up with multiple products I did not want. My subscription was auto renewed on an expired card (I tried to log on to the website to make sure it wouldn’t renew in advance, but for the life of me couldn’t figure out how to log on via IOS). I contacted the company to raise these issues via online chat. Messages were read but not responded to.
If the subscription process was easy to navigate (or not even easy, just doable) I would love this company. But it is not, and a result I have wasted money with them, and I can’t help but wonder if this was their intention, given the poor user experience

We pride ourselves on giving all our subscribers the option to skip or swap boxes easily via email or via the customer portal on the website. As I mentioned to you via email, we always let customers know that they have until the 11th of the month to skip or swap a box and unfortunately as your request was 3 weeks after the cut off date, I could not organise your swap for you. I can assure you that no money has been wasted as I have offered you a full refund and am more than happy to swap or skip your future boxes if you would like. We always aim to give 5* customer service, so I apologise if you felt your experience has been less than this. Many thanks, Elle

The projects are beautiful - you get to create things you'll love to display and enjoy every day - and the customer service if you have any issues or questions is second to none.
There is also a friendly and supportive community on Facebook and Instagram to help you along the way.

Great designs
Great products but have had problems with delivery and the boxes opening up. Also, the lack of proof reading in the emails sent out really gives a bad impression. Designs and customer service generally good.
