after sales customer support staff…

after sales customer support staff named Shubham, Vishal, Anchal, Sweety tiwari all of them gave false promises to call back regarding 3rd class services they are providing as the trip is still ongoing, we paid approx 90k for Ayodhya ji and nearby places in which they are providing Rs 50 worth Breakfast and worst hotel services. Advise all to stay away from MMT Booking No. NL2122225690598

Avoid MakeMyTrip – Fraudulent Customer Service & "Ghost" Support

I am beyond frustrated with the pathetic service provided by MakeMyTrip. If you value your money and your peace of mind, do not book with them. Use Trip.com, Booking.com, or Agoda instead—even if they are slightly more expensive, at least they are legitimate.
My experience with Booking ID NN2AHHT98562864022 has been a total disaster:
• Fake "Attempted" Contacts: They repeatedly send automated emails claiming they tried to reach me on my registered numbers ending in XXXX-3020 and XXXX-3057. This is a blatant lie. I have been monitoring my phone 24/7, and not a single call has come through.
• Endless Delay Tactics: I first reached out on March 3rd. It is now mid-March, and I am still getting the same copy-pasted "we are working on it" and "we couldn't connect" excuses.
• Zero Accountability: Despite me calling out their lies in the email thread, they continue to send the same template response from "Chandani Negi" without addressing my actual concerns or providing a real solution for my date change.
This is a scam-adjacent business model designed to exhaust the customer until they give up. Their "24/7 customer service" is a wall of bots and scripted agents who do nothing. Never again.

SCAM by MMT

have been followingup since 3 days continuously on email but I have not received any update. If you guys don't have any update atleast have the courtesy to deny that you can't provide solution to my problem. Ignoring customer's complaints after taking all the money is a sign of SCAM.

Note - I was also not given Breakfast for 1st March which was supposed to be given to us. I asked the hotel receptionist to pack our breakfast the day before but he clearly denied that we don't pack breakfast. And this is the first time i have experienced it. Everytime I travel, we were given packed breakfast, if our flights are scheduled early morning.

So in total I have not been provided with 2 Lunches (24th Feb & 27th Feb) and 1 breakfast (1st March).

I want compensation / refund for all these missed meals. I have paid for them and if its not provided, I have the right to ask for refund.

MMT is totally fraud...Never ever use this

MMT is totally fraud. Yesterday I booked one cab and driver denied to carry my luggage and he asked me to cancel my ride. I connected with customer care they assured me that you will get full refund within 24 hr. But I got 0 refund. And now no one is picking my call in call center. No email id for conversation. Big big fraud it is. It is time to big shout out that Never ever use MMT. All customers are coming in their trap once you paid.

The worst agency to book with

The worst agency to book with. We are all aware of the conflict currently affecting the Middle East, yet the customer service representatives did not even attempt to explain my situation to the airline in order to request a refund.

I booked a domestic flight from Istanbul to Mardin. However, I live in Dubai, and my flight to Istanbul has been canceled. I was not the one who canceled the flight to Istanbul, so how am I supposed to fly from Istanbul to Mardin?

The only reply I have received is: “We’ll get back to you within 24 hours.” Until now, I have not received any further response.

I believe the airline I was supposed to travel with is fully aware of the conflict in the region, and its representatives should be able to make some exceptions, especially since the airline itself has canceled many flights to and from the UAE.

Brust & painful experience.
I have booked balaji home stay at ayodhya from 19/02/26 to 21/02/26. booking id=NH75143465706806
But unfortunately I have cancelled after visiting the property due to wrong location & no any fooding arrangement.
And hotelier called on 19/02/26 & Mailed to make my trip for fully cancellation & refund full amount to customer.
But till now make my trip not refunded our money already 20 days over.
Even I have send 43 mail & daily calling to make my trip.
Only make my trip saying we refund soon.
But still zero progress.

I'm extremely disappointed and…

I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with MakeMyTrip's service. Despite being a loyal customer for 15 years, my recent experience with them has been a nightmare. My flight was cancelled, and I'm struggling to get a refund. The customer support is unresponsive, and the IVR system is forcing me to navigate through unnecessary options without any resolution.

I've tried contacting them multiple times, but no one is willing to help. It's clear that they're prioritizing profits over customer satisfaction. I'm extremely dissatisfied with their service and strongly advise others to avoid booking with them.

I had booked flight tickets via this company from Air Canada which got cancelled by airline

First, there customer care line doesn’t get connected to operator, I reached via instagram to ask for update for refund. They keep saying they are awaiting airline confirmation for refund however when I contacted Air Canada , they immediately sent refund confirmations and receipts

Despite providing the receipts, I have no update for the refund

This seems like a scam and DED complaint has been registered from my side

My Dubai to Auckland booking was…

My Dubai to Auckland booking was cancelled, and the support from Makemytrip experience was extremely disappointing. There is no proper email support only expensive IDD calls. The travel insurance team has never responded, and no real assistance was provided. Instead, customers are asked to deal with the issue themselves. Customer service is very poor. In the end, you may spend more than double what you saved just trying to get a refund. It feels like a trap, so please be careful before booking.
