They will then threaten to send post-cancellation invoices to collections.

I recently experienced the services of Mälarenergi for electricity, heating and water, and unfortunately, my feedback is less than positive. I wanted to share my concerns to shed light on areas that, in my opinion, could use improvement.

One major issue is the high fees charged by Mälarenergi. In comparison to other service providers, the fees seem disproportionately elevated, making it difficult for customers to justify the cost on what they're paying.

As a customer who actively tries to reduce energy consumption to contribute to a greener environment, I find it disheartening that Mälarenergi does not offer preferential contracts or reduced fees for people who consume less. It feels like there's a missed opportunity to reward those who are trying to make a positive impact on the environment.
