Subscription Trap--You've Been Warned!

It is a subscription trap. You sign up and they will continue billing you even after you tell them you want to cancel.

They will then threaten to send post-cancellation invoices to collections.

Disappointed with High Fees and Lack of Green Incentives

I recently experienced the services of Mälarenergi for electricity, heating and water, and unfortunately, my feedback is less than positive. I wanted to share my concerns to shed light on areas that, in my opinion, could use improvement.

One major issue is the high fees charged by Mälarenergi. In comparison to other service providers, the fees seem disproportionately elevated, making it difficult for customers to justify the cost on what they're paying.

Another area that needs attention is the lack of encouragement for energy conservation. As a customer who actively tries to reduce energy consumption to contribute to a greener environment, I find it disheartening that Mälarenergi does not offer preferential contracts or reduced fees for people who consume less. It feels like there's a missed opportunity to reward those who are trying to make a positive impact on the environment.

In an era where sustainability is a significant concern, I believe that Mälarenergi should consider revisiting its pricing structure and incentives. Offering preferential contracts or reduced fees for customers who actively work towards a sustainable environment could not only attract environmentally conscious customers but also encourage others to adopt greener practices.
