Really nice car as well. Could not be happier.

No answer to both whatsapp and email after 5 days, for a very simple question.

I was a bit apprehensive about the pick up procedure but it went very smoothly. I checked on Trustpilot and all looked ok.

Good experience from start to finish, good conditioned cars, met at the airport in specified place, returned the vehicle at the same spot, no hassle to recieve my deposit.
Have used this company several times and they have always provided a good service, both for cars and vans.

Everything went wery well and we had a good car.

Excellent experience. At first was a little unsure as have never hired a car through a 'meet & greet' method. All worked out fine and was fairly easy. My poor Spanish did help me out at times however as the representative didn't speak much English. We did however 'get there'. Would not hesitate to use Malco Car rental again.

Drove through the night and apparently arrived "too early" at Alicante airport. We arrived at a little after 0400 for an 0545 flight. I had tried since around 0340 to contact Malco to let them know when I would arrive at the airport but got no reply. I left a message to let them know I was proceeding to the airport. I arrived at the airport at a little after 0400. At approximately 0445 the female representative arrived in a minibus. She leapt from the vehicle like a crazed woman shouting that 0500 was early enough for my flight and that she would be making a charge on my credit card. She jumped into the car shouting and screaming and drive off at speed with the door still open as I was trying to talk to her. I can only assume that she was upset that there would be car park charges; but the airline requires that you arrive 90 minutes before the flight.Her behaviour was totally bizarre and, frankly, quite disconcerting.
I submitted a report by email to Malco HQ in Valencia who promised to investigate. That was a month ago and I have received nothing further from them.
I have received no itemised invoice from the company.
I would avoid hiring any vehicle from the Alicante office of this company.

I've rented a car which was new. My travel from Castellon Airport to Valencia and back was a beautiful experience. The staff was very kindly and professional. Everything was perfect! I recommend MALCO! ☺️

late flight in to alicante. one phone call and car delivered to airport - no waiting - all paper work done via email before hand, no personal excess on insurance so did not have to worry about missing any scratches on car. Drop-off was a phone call 5 mins before reaching alicante airport and pick up was no fuss, no paperwork. Plus NO out of hours surcharge!! highly recommend following my experience.
