Wow, fantastic service! Car was delivered to the airport without problems and the same with collection. They also refunded the deposit straight away without issue.
No hesitation to recommend this company!

We got a new car (730km on board), great service, straight at airport, no excess, no hidden fees, only 100 Euro deposit which has been refunded minus mileage overused (1,030 km limit), then 0.10 p per km. We travelled a lot around, Barcelona, Valencia, Peniscola. Great experience!

From the booking, over pick-up to the return: all easy and smooth. It's a great process at Valencia Airport with calling the staff to hand out the car. The vehicle was in nearly perfect conditions (only 3300km). Thank you, Malco Rent A Car!

The communication from the company was excellent. Loved that i didn't have to queue to get my car, so easy to pick up and drop off. NO huge deposit fees, only €100. NO extra charges i.e fuel. The staff are excellent, really friendly and can communicate in English.

Don't answer phones or respond to emails, I have reserved a car from their Castellon Airport office, as I was told they could deliver it to Peñiscola (where we have an apartment), but I've had no response to emails and WhatsApps requesting they delivered the car (which I was happy to pay extra for) and now I am not even confident the car will be at the airport, which will cost me a €100 taxi ride to get to. Have used before and they have been great, but this time abismal and I am reliant on the car to collect my cousin from Valencia airport.

Inconsistency with pricing.
Booked car hire at Castellon Airport (Valencia) for this May (9 days for a Fiat Panda EUR470.
I then looked for the same car for the same duration at Valencia Airport (approx 45 mins up the road) and it was only EUR214!
Be careful people as they are ripping people off being the only car company at Castellon Airport with no explanation either or response on why so high!
Just to stress this is a regular occurrence and not a one off.

Super easy to rent from Malco. Meet and greet worked perfect and we were out of the airport in a couple of minutes. When we returned the car it was just hand over the keys and that was it. The best experience I have had with a rental company.

Great service. Quick pick up and drop off. Very easy. Just call the number and the driver will be there in several minutes. Our rental car was brand new.
The caution was transferred within days.

I am naturally very leery of car hire companies, treating them as if they are elaborate scams. When travelling to Valencia Airport, I was offered by a search engine various options that promised incredibly low rates (like £8 a day) that seemed too good to be true. A bit of digging revealed that some companies relied on upselling insurance, or taking huge (four figure) deposits which were mysteriously never returned...

Malco came up on the same search engine, promising a valet service (delivered after a quick, painless call in English 10 minutes after reaching Arrivals) and a 'standard' deposit of just £100. Again, normally, I expect to inspect the car with a fine-tooth comb before being given the keys, so was a bit alarmed to have this waved away by the delivery driver simply saying "you're insured". As the drop-off point was on a timer (I did end up having to mess about paying to get out of the 'fast drop' parking), I threw my stuff in the car and hoped for the best.

Returning the car was a bit calmer from my point of view, and I took the time to record the state of the car in pictures, but still fully expected there to be some kind of post-rental report blaming me for something. Yet within 48 hours my £100 deposit was returned and my rental was officially over with no hassle.

Admittedly, other people's mileage may vary, so to speak, but I didn't feel that I was 'lucky'. I had a slight difficulty with the third-party that booked the rental, but that's not really anything to do with Malco who, from my point of view, have behaved respectfully and professionally. This is very good news for the company, as I have already recommended them to a local resident, and when I go back to Valencia, I will happily pay 'over the odds' for a service which was painless, efficient and, above all, not a rip-off. Well done to them.

Quick and efficient service. Excellent delivery service. None of the usual car inspection hassle. Small deposit returned promptly. We will definitely use this company again.

Excellent car hire company. I will recommend to everyone, specially when you are in Castellón. From the first time I have rented the car with them 2 years ago until now and never have any problems. The professional service they provide and the price is excellent. This is definitely my first choice, will be great if they expand to other cities. I love Spain and Malco car hire is my favorite choice.
