Scam. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING. I ordered £50 of product and was told it was a tracked Royal Mail delivery in 3 days. Now 2 weeks have passed and I cannot get any response from the "company".

I bought from Maleskin under their stated “satisfaction guarantee” (Order #MSS92901).

The product didn’t work for me. It doesn’t absorb and leaves a persistent residue, so I requested a return under the guarantee and asked for the next steps.

I emailed multiple times over two weeks (first email 13 Feb 2026, follow-ups 18 Feb and 21 Feb, plus an additional chase). I copied in sales@, info@, and support@. I received no response and no return instructions.

If you advertise a satisfaction guarantee, you need to honour it or at least reply. Based on my experience, don’t assume you’ll get support if the product isn’t suitable.

This is a scam store. Ordered and got nothing delivered. Email bounced. Avoid at all costs. Lost over 120 pounds with this store.

Paid nearly £44.00 for a Clarins eye product, shortly afterwards received an email informing me that the product was now out of stock and wouldn’t be returning to stock. Within the same email was offered an alternative and to let them know my decision.
Have emailed an immediate reply by return to ask for a refund, however the emails have been returned ‘return to sender’.

It’s clear at this stage that I’ve simply been scammed.
Suffice to say - don’t go anywhere near this company.

Ordered a clarins face cream for my son’s birthday, they told me it was out of stock and suggested a price equivalent alternative, I approved. However they then sent me a hair clay at half the price of the order, completely unrelated item. The now do not answer emails and I’ve been forced to contact my bank for support. Avoid at all costs

I placed my order one month ago and haven't received it yet.

Emailed them and 'Hollie' and 'Lucy' replied saying their first attemp of delivery was not successful and will send again.

Since then three weeks passed and still no sight of the items. Chased many times by email and there is no more response. Order costs more 200 pounds. I will take legal action.

Selling moisturiser they don't have! I ordered £200 of moisturiser in early Jan. Told they didn't actually have any and still waiting on my refund some 6 weeks later. What makes it worse as I have now realised they told me last year they didn't stock the moisturiser anymore and yet they are still advertising it, 12 months later!!! Annoyed at myself for not remembering the same poor experience last year

They’re back! Terrible company I had to get my credit card company and bank to refund me. Also reported to Trading Standards.

Scam company. I have requested a refund due to no stock on the item I ordered, even though the website said it was in stock! I’ve had no response from any of my emails! Do not use this scam company!

Ordered beard oil, never shipped and never heard back from anyone. Their email doesn’t work and I believe this company is a scam.

Maleskin had a really good price on the Medik8 advanced peptide serum. It was cheaper than anyone else at the time I needed to order it. I shall happily buy from them again.

The product was in stock on this website but not on others and the price was good . There was a delay in the delivery but a very friendly email explained why , Christmas holidays etc .
I would use the website again , especially as their communication is refreshingly friendly.

Ordered 4 products in early December. 1 was sent pre Christmas and still chasing the other 3 products. Now 2nd Feb. Chased on numerous occasions with false promises. Still waiting.

I have used this company for a couple years with no problems. However my last delivery in Novemeber of products was found to have an old moudly smell which I'm trying to return and replace.
My emails are all bouncing back from their various addresses on the website and file (I have 4no different email addresses for them), stating that their server has blocked my email.
There is no other route to contact, as they do not advertise a phone number.
Noticing an increase in poor reviews I suspect that this company is only interested in getting rid of old stock before closing their business
