We’re very pleased with the summerhouse, from ordering to installing

Superb service. Delivery prompt and on time. the quality of the summerhouse is excellent.

We bought a Malvern summerhouse, it's beautiful. We're so happy with it and, although it's getting cooler, we're still using it. There were slight initial teething problems with customer support but Sophie and her colleague (sorry Sophie we can't remember your colleague's name)were reassuring and sorted out for us. Our fitters, father and son Darren and Corey were just excellent. They taking such pride in their work, they are a credit to you Malvern! A big thank you Malvern staff to all who helped us. Nicola on sales and Sophie in the workshop were super efficient and really helpful in ensuring we were all ready to install the shed. The team, Gary Matt and Rio all arrived at 7.30am and worked until 7pm - great work ethic, barely stopped and were friendly and efficient. They finished on day 2 in the morning and left everything tidy. We are delighted with the new shed.

We experienced excellent customer service and communication throughout the process. We researched other companies offering similar products but decided to opt for Malvern Buildings and are happy with our choice. Everything seems to be of the highest standard.

I have just received my second shed, of which the 1st is still going strong from 2009 but I needed another due to storage. I am over the moon with my Malvern Pent Shed and am now considering a small Bloomsbury to treat myself next year when I retire......couldn't recommend their products enough!

We now have TWO Malvern buildings and we are delighted to with both . Beautifully made and beautiful to look at . All the workers involved with the bases and buildings have been very polite and hardworking . We would have NO hesitation in recommending Malvern buildings to others

The cabin is amazing. Very happy with it. Well built and looks fantastic in the garden. So pleased we chose Malvern again. We have bought from them before and have not been disappointed.

The information was clear and when I had a query I was able to speak to a real live person on the phone who responded quickly.

The men who installed the garden room were extremely efficient and very pleasant.

I have had several Malvern buildings in the past. My new greenhouse was the latest. The design and construction are first rate, as was the installation apart from a small error in the placement of the window catches.

Our summerhouse was put up in March but soon after we realised ,the work was shoddy ,one window had a giant gap , one door didn't close properly,more knots in the wood than a fisherman's net and outside knots seeping through the paint,with splits in the internal woodwork too. Malvern sent someone to fix some of the issues.....Even worse, now the window wouldn't close and the doors didn't close without us locking it . .....months later after a mishap with them arranging a date with the guy to come n fix it ...aah no one checked with us and we were on holiday when he turned up n couldn't get in !! So another date, fixed but tbh still issues.
Would I buy again NO NO NO.....looks nice from a distance but such alot of money for what is a glorified painted shed.
We're offered any discount NO the area manager who had been to see us couldn't even be asked to see how things were and they had no intention of a goodwill gesture of a discount.
Very disappointed in Malvern.
Ooh and we wrote to the Owner of Malvern and he could'nt be bothered to get in touch either !!

MALVERN read this and over the last year have been very good rectifying as much as they could, without David Hughes this wouldn't have happened, he's been marvelous.....We now have a summerhouse I actually love using !

I purchased a Malvern Summerhouse in May this year, requesting installation late summer to allow for some garden work to be completed. My summerhouse was installed at the beginning of August and I am 100% delighted with it. The two men who installed it were very friendly, polite and courteous. They worked incredibly well together, finishing the job in a timely manner. Everything was left neat and tidy. The summerhouse itself is perfect, exactly what I wanted and looks fantastic.

Having researched extensively we knew we wanted a Malvern summerhouse. Living in Orkney we also knew there would be some logistical challenges.
From sales to instillation the team worked with us, determined to make it happen.
On installation day the weather which had been perfect for weeks turned Orcadian, with high winds and horizontal rain. Darren and Cory worked in these challenging conditions with good humour, professionalism and maintaining their high standards, leaving both our garden and the new building spotless.
We are delighted with both our summerhouse and the process of working with all the team at Malvern.
We highly recommend them.

Some low quality parts used e.g. door-stay hooks. After sales service second rate. They market their garden buildings as premium products and charge accordingly. But very slow to respond to a request for a replacement for a broken part (which shouldn't have broken in the first place if it was a better quality part) - it took about 6 weeks to get a replacement part from them which I needed to chase them for several times.
They only get a C grade from me for their after-sales service.

Had a shed installed in July. From beginning to end everything went well with the two man installation team turning up on time and doing s very good job. They also made a small modification due to the height of my slab causing the door to catch on my drive surface. All done quickly and cheerfully and left a couple of pots of paint for any touching up etc
Building quality appears a lot better than my other shed from a national company

Serious defects, paintwork cracking and bubbling, with knots bleeding through and excessive shrinkage, door hinges out of alignment and broken parts, gaps in the facia allowing water ingress. There is no accountability, endless delays. ( 14 months ) we spent over £24k. If you’re considering spending thousands on a garden office building, I strongly urge you to shop around. Malvern has provided a truly terrible customer experience over a 14 month ordeal, that still remains unresolved.

From salesman David at Buckingham Garden Centre to installation of our 12x12 Hopton in July, we received an excellent, friendly and professional service. Installation was quick and carried out by experienced and friendly workmen who worked well together and kept the area tidy and cleared up when the job was finished. We are highly delighted with our Hopton Summerhouse and would have no hesitation in recommending Malvern Garden Buildings.

From start to finish, excellent service. Prompt delivery, excellent installation by friendly staff. The garden building looks great and we are already making good use of it!
