We had our first appointment at the Mamas & Papas store in Westfield White City and were looked after by Aayush. As first-time parents, we had lots of questions, and he spent a long time taking us through everything—from pushchairs and nursery furniture to feeding essentials and other baby products.

He explained everything clearly, in a friendly and practical way, and never once made us feel pressured to buy anything. Instead, he helped us understand the different options across a range of price points, pointed out the current summer offers, and even let us know we could come back during the week and still benefit from the discount.

It was a really informative and enjoyable experience, and thanks to Aayush we’re confident we’ll be returning to buy many of our baby essentials from Mamas & Papas. He is a fantastic representative for the brand. Thank you!

We had an appointment at Mamas & Papas and were lucky enough to be looked after by Evie. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish!

She took the time to show us all the different prams, car seats, and travel systems, explaining everything so clearly and answering every question we had. Nothing ever felt rushed, and she made what could have been a really overwhelming experience feel exciting and enjoyable.

Evie’s knowledge, patience, and friendly personality were outstanding. She genuinely cared about helping us find the right products for our family rather than just making a sale, and her recommendations were incredibly helpful.

As first-time parents, everything felt quite daunting, but we were quickly put at ease when we visited the Mamas & Papas Southampton store. Carol was absolutely amazing—she took the time to talk us through everything, answered all of our questions, and made the whole experience so much less overwhelming.

She really went above and beyond when we couldn’t order the pram we wanted on the day. A few days later, she gave us a call to let us know she’d managed to sort everything out, and our dream pram is now on order.

Thanks to Carol, we feel so much more confident and excited as we head into this next stage of our lives. We couldn’t recommend the Southampton store highly enough, especially for first-time parents.

We went in Mamas & Papas to look at purchasing our pram and nursery furniture. Shelley come over and asked if we needed any help and then she assisted us from start to finish. As first time parents we were totally unsure of what was best for us. Shelley gave us excellent advice and recommendations. We couldn’t have asked for anymore, she even gave me a bottle of water when I went slightly light headed (pregnancy delights haha). Thank you so much Shelley, you’re a credit to the company.

Fantastic experience at the Speke, Liverpool store with Sharlotte. First baby so clueless and booked an appointment. Sharlotte went through everything we would need and why and gave honest advice which really helped us when making our purchase decisions. Would definitely recommend this store and booking an appointment!

Had an appointment with Kerry at Wednesbury store this afternoon she was very helpful, has lots of knowledge and showed patience and understanding with us being first time parents. She really talked us through the products in detail and was happy to demonstrate all the features of the products. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will be returning to the store. Mamas & Papas are very lucky to have someone like Kerry!

Just been to Mamas and Papas in High Wycombe and Debbie and Charlotte were absolutely amazing and gave lots of good advice. I would highly recommend a visit.

We visited the store at Culverhouse Cross in Cardiff today and had an amazing experince with Ellie. She was extremely helpful and thorough in explaining everything around pushchairs.

I had the most amazing experience at Mamas & Papas in Manchester Arndale, all thanks to Sultana! As a first-time mum, I walked in unsure about what I actually needed, but she made the whole experience so enjoyable and stress-free. Sultana took the time to explain the differences between products, helped me understand what was genuinely essential and what wasn't, and answered every question with so much patience and knowledge. She also shared lots of helpful tips that will support me throughout my pregnancy and once my baby arrives.
I left feeling so much more confident and excited, rather than overwhelmed. Her kindness, expertise, and genuine care made my first baby shopping experience one I'll always remember. Lauren at the Shoreham by Sea store was excellent! So knowledgeable and was able to explain everything to us to well and didn't make me feel like any of my questions were silly! We purchase almost everything we need and will be back soon to add more stuff on soon!

Almost £50 for replacement screws! We received a cotbed secondhand as a gift, but they had lost the screws to convert between the bed & crib. The customer care team informed us it was cheaper to buy a pack of all of the replacement screws instead of purchasing individually - but with postage this comes to almost £50! Considering the price of this set new, this is insanity. This goes completely against mamas and papas sustainability and circular economy goals - surely they wouldn't purposely take advantage of those trying to reuse their furniture? Was considering purchasing the matching set, but now will be buying from elsewhere.
